Once we found Dolce Art we never tries anywhere else. We tried different flavours each time and all of them were delicious 😋 I've been in many gelaterie in my life across Italy. Some of them were outstanding, this one is outstanding among them all. It will be very difficult to find a better than this. Pistachio and dark chocolate were out of scale! 1.80euro for 2 balls cone. Amazing service and authentic flavors If Willy Wonka had an Italian cousin, he’d own Dolce Arte. 🍦🍰 This place isn’t just a gelateria, it’s a full-blown dessert opera. The gelato? Creamy enough to make your Nonna cry. The sorbets? Fresher than a gossiping neighbor. And the cakes? Let’s just say I blacked out somewhere between the tiramisu and the chocolate explosion and woke up hugging a cannoli. The staff are lovely, the display is dangerously inviting, and if I lived any closer, I’d need to be airlifted out weekly. 10/10 would sacrifice summer abs again. Bravo, Dolce Arte. 🎨✨ A Experience Like No Other – in the Heart of Cutrofiano Today I was catapulted into another dimension of – thanks to Roberto, the mastermind behind Dolce Arte. This isn’t just a gelateria – it’s an edible museum of Apulian identity. Every single flavour tells a story, and every scoop is a tribute to the region. Think you’ve tasted it all? Think again. Here, goes beyond the usual suspects: local cucumber, hay, pizzica-inspired creations, frisella gelato… yes, you read that right – and each one is more mind-blowing than the last. It’s bold, it’s poetic, it’s pure craftsmanship. Roberto has been rocking this little corner of Cutrofiano for over 20 years – quietly, passionately, with a level of artistry that deserves standing ovations. This isn’t trend-chasing. This is roots. This is soul. Grazie di cuore, Roberto – for your creativity, your generosity, and for reminding us that real taste comes from tradition and courage. And thank you, Valentina Manta, for bringing me here – what a discovery! We stopped here on a journey inland from the coast and were delighted to discover this discrete yet passionate artisan. The exceptional ice creams come in a variety of flavours - our girls loved the passion fruit and the salted caramel, while we found the pistachio and coffee rich and original. We had a wonderful discussion with Roberto and were touched by the kindness and generosity of the whole team here in this award-winning boutique. Thank you for the experience and see you again soon! The was the best I have ever had. Really! The salted caramel was unbelievable! But the experience is what put this place over the top! Best ice cream and amazing unusual flavours Best ice cream ever. Many different flavors, always possible to taste and with 2 Euro for a big ice cream scoop with cone also quite moderately priced. The also have a range of great sorbets. Very friendly as well. Perfect after a meal in one of the nice restaurants in Cutrofiano.
