The entry itself is expensive, and to our surprise, almost all internal rides and activities required additional payments—making the overall visit extremely costly, especially for families with children. What was even more disappointing was the behavior of the staff. They were not friendly or welcoming, and as someone who doesn't speak fluent German, I often felt ignored or looked down upon. It gave the impression of a government-run facility where customer service is not a priority. There was a clear lack of inclusiveness, especially toward non-German-speaking visitors. For a place that claims to be a family destination, the atmosphere was uninviting, and it’s definitely not a place I would recommend for international families or those expecting warmth, fairness, and value for money. So it can get crowded. But its really good indoor playground for kids. Most of the rides are for ages 8+ but for younger there is alot of places to jump around. Although they shpuld add some more food to their menu. Great place to go with kids, my love this place! We went to Phantasialand last weekend but for under 6 years most facilities not allowed to use so i think does not value your money if you go there with small kids. And i would definitely recommend family paradise, can nearly play with all facilities here and it is really cheap, 2kids+1adult charged only 17euro entrance fees, can stay there till they close7pm. They have various power rides for the above 10years and these are really enjoyable for both and adults. No need of any reservations, tickets are available at the entrance. Not too crowded and enough attractions to keep our and toddlers very happy engaged and active. Nothing much for the elders but does good. Most of the attractions are available all the time. So I believe it is a good getaway in Leverkusen if u happen to plan at short notice. Well connected by bus and very very competitive prices. Many small machines including autoscooter where elders need to have control and observe.
