Having previously visited what was a very outdated museum in the Mairie many years ago, it was great to see artefacts presented in a much more updated environment. Seeing Roman ruins was amazing. The marble columns, mosaic (currently covered), and intact floor plan were unexpected in this land of medieval towns. We were the only ones in the museum and later at the ruins, so we got extra insight from the docent.
