The outdoor natural groundwater water pool is quite cold, but super refreshing, especially if you go in with the water slide 🌊💦. it was such a fun and enjoyable experience! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a great atmosphere for both beginners and experienced skaters. The rink itself is spacious, and the quality of the ice was excellent. It’s also great that they offer rentals, so you don’t need to bring your own , it is a perfect spot for a fun I only visit Lentpark during Wintertime cause i like to go ice skating, the facilities are amazing, there is a 'high street' that goes around the hold field, and in some days you are allowed to either upstairs on the trail or downstairs on the ice hockey field. You can rent shoes right there, and upstairs there is also a Bar with drinks and snacks. The prices are regular (15€ for entry and shoes, quite fair). There is also a separate part with different pools (including a natural one) and a solarium that is very popular during sommertime, but since i haven't visited i can't tell much about it. Personal is friendlier than in other cuty facilities like for example Agrippabad 😁 Not bad, but not perfect. Our plan was to have a nice afternoon ice skating as a couple. We booked an online ticket to ensure easy access and start skating on time, as there's only a limited slot available. Unfortunately, the line in front of the building was about 150 meters long without any signs indicating a 'fast lane' or 'online ticket' queue. After standing for several minutes, an employee asked if anyone had an online ticket to bypass the line, so we did. After that, everything went smoothly. Guests and skaters shared the same staircase all the time, causing slow traffic. It felt like the entire place wasn't optimized for efficiency or service. The ice skating itself was fine; we had fun, and two hours were enough. The music and light show were also very cozy and nice. When we returned to the exit, the same thing happened: long queues. It's sad that 30 minutes of our were spent in lines just because the owner seems unable to manage so many people. Nevertheless, I think it's worth going if you're aware of this in advance. Selbst andere Besucher, die bei zwei Damen daneben anstanden, welche aber lieber mehr über das Wochenende sprachen als Besucher zu bedienen, waren schockiert über den Ungang und haben nur den Kopf geschüttelt. Da sollte sich die Geschäftsleitung mal Gedanken über das aktuelle Personal machen. A bit disorganised but I still enjoyed it. A bit expensive though but it's okay for a couple times and not for a weekly sport hobby. The stood outside making accounts while the employees at the registers inside waited. It is just not acceptable. Plus, the ice arena definitely does not live up to the hype some claim it to be. Never again. It's actually a great ice park. The reason why I am giving low stars is because on how DISRESPECTFUL some of these workers were. I've been there with my class a few weeks ago and I was kinda disoriented so I took a chair to sit and get into my ice skating shoes only so a stupid coach approached me and screamed at me that I was blind and couldn't read the sign that I shouldn't suppose to be here. But seriously it didn't say prohibited, although I don't quiet remember. The door was literally opened and if it was prohibited then at least ensure that nobody could get in, there's literally no logic for this dude to be so disrespectful. He was not nice at all and as for him being a coach I pity for whoever he's teaching anything, if he acts like this to new costumers then I don't want to hear how he treats others. Also when we later went off ice because the ice had to be renewed, some dude on the ice called out the to get off and some of them were quiet slow because obviously they were beginners and later when they finished the end he asked the group why it took them so long and if they were deaf. Literally what is that kind of behavior? Can't believe these are not yet fired for being disrespectful. Absolute stupid costumer service.
