They do not have the dresses they have on their website. Sales personnel that was also unprofessional. One of them was male (50s or so) who was constantly right there - looking at me in all dresses also where they didn’t fit properly around the bust etc - it was highly uncomfortable! Overall just an extremely bad customer even though they have some dresses. Such a experience. I was getting desperate since I'd met many unhelpful service in Bridal Stores that day and Claudia Clabbers came to the rescue. I couldn't expect it but I did find my that day. She was really polite and and I will be forever thankful. Had the best choosing my little sisters wedding :) Leonie did an amazing job understanding what we were looking for, can highly recommend! It was a really experience. I was hosted by Barbara Mause and she was super nice, and spoke English and managed to find me some and special (which is difficult). Thank you! The best experience. I was there couple of weeks ago and I found my dream dress! I saw it between all others and I knew it was the one :) this wouldn’t have been possible without the help of the shop who went above and beyond and allowed me to get the on the spot as a sample sale. Much appreciated, great service, friendly and not pushy. My bridal party was also very well looked after and when I got to ring the bell after I found my dress, they came with a glass of Prosecco for everybody (and we were many!). Thank you for such a great experience, we will remember it forever!
