A great addition to our town of Sarlat. We really needed a new gym with new and proper equipments and machines. The gym is pretty and once you sign up, you can have access to the gym between 6:00 am until 11:00 pm. There is also a sauna and soon masseuse therapist as well. The price is not bad either. A new and welcone addition to the gym and fitness ecosystem in Sarlat la Canéda, Liberty Gym is a and professional workout facility featuring brand new Matrix equipment. A well supplied main gym floor with everything you need for a great workout, a first floor dedicated to classes and crossfit, great showers and bathrooms along with ample parking. Des coachs dispo toute la journée, une large plage de disponibilité, de 7h à 23h00) et en prime, un petit espace soin et bien être. Dans une petite ville, où l'offre est pléthorique, Liberty Gym, est le bon choix. Le choix le plus judicieux. Il ne faut pas hésiter à passer pour visiter les installations et se rendre compte des capacités offertes. Not overcrowded and modern kit. Au top Very gym that we used on vacation - day pass is 8 euros per person, can only be paid on arrival (I think the desk is manned between about 0900 and 1730 Monday to Friday, which limits hours of use if on a day pass). All the kit - both and free weights - is in order, the premises are and there are several rooms (including studios) to use. Other users and staff all very friendly. Not a lot of benches but enough choice to work with. The place has a very vibe and didnt see any litter. Nice lighting and enough free weights and plates. Not a lot of lockers though, but very nice changing rooms. Overall had an amazing workout here and will definitely come back. They offer a free day pass but made me pay as I wanted to have a shower. There are more gyms in the city. I wouldn’t recommend… This is the only gym I have enjoyed going to and it's the cheapest, at under 20 euros a month! The place is huge so it never feels busy, and there is a large room where you can choose an exercise video to do on a large screen. There is a large selection of that all seem very new and a sauna and osteopath on site. There is an extensive choice of classes and a room full of cycling in front of a big screen, presumably for classes although you can use them by yourself or with a friend. There is a small seating area where you can have coffee and showering facilities. What I love about the gym is that you see all types of people there, from the very young to the very old and of all different shapes and sizes. Very gym with lots of equipment. Day passes available for tourists. Would highly recommend. It is a great gym that has mostly quality of Matrix! It's and I can recommend them!! I stayed for the holiday around Sarlat and had a month abonnement. Next time I am around, I will visit them for sure!! Also, the people who work over there are very friendly. Par où commencer… Salle de sport à fuir , la personne à l’accueil ( aux cheveux noir ) désagréable, ni bonjour , ni au revoir mais si ce n’était que ça .. personne très hautaine , j’ai eu le malheur d’oublier une fois ma serviette et on m’a ramené une serviette mouillé d’une odeur que je ne pourrais décrire, déjà utilisée.. ce qui témoigne du manque d’hygiène de la salle de sport !
