Lovely fresh water pool and beach. Cafe and pinic area Great lake, very well kept with lots to do. Fabulous place. Not busy, easy parking. Lovely drive from Montignac. Reccomended. What a find! This had a €2pp fee on the day we went. Parking under the trees for shade. Lots of picnic tables. A lifeguard was on duty and there was a section netted off for smaller children. The biggest attraction was a huge inflatable course (this was extra, €6 for an hour). There was also a bar/cafe, swings, beach volleyball, table tennis, a slide and play area for little ones. Keep an eye on dates for a local night food market held on the grass beside the lake. They had a great selection of options and entertainment, with tables and chairs, cutlery provided. Lots of locals come along and make an evening of it. So join in and sample some amazing food. Tip: Don't play frisbee in the water as if you don't catch it, you will not find it again. Go for the day, take plenty of food and water and Sun cream. Very beautiful and peaceful Lovely setting for a Marche Gourmand, loads of seating and shade and good choice of food. The inflatables are extremely keenly priced at €7 per hour, which is enough to tire out the kids. There’s a beach at the side of the with dedicated swimming, paddling, messing about areas. There’s also a cafe and if you want to you can pay €5 to fish in the for a day.
