I have been several times in the Amalfi coast but rarely have we noticed so much attention to customers. congratulations to Mr. Marco in particular who is always attentive. Upon arrival we were well received and made a tour of the structure. the only observation I think we could enrich the menu but in general very good We had a nice relaxing spa afternoon here. The staff a friendly, and the is pretty nice. The couples was definitely the highlight. Very poor spa experience… Felt like a tourist trap. The package items that were conveyed to us via WhatsApp never really happened, we just had a medium warmth jacuzzi, mud wet sauna, and hot sauna. Which were okay. The was awful, paying 50 extra euros for it was painfully brutal and not worth it. Untrained young masseuses who didn’t know what they were doing. They didn’t even ask us if we wanted male or female masseuses massaging me or my wife, which they then had a male my wife and a female me - which was extremely uncomfortable and could have been avoidable with some communication. The staff were friendly, it just was really expensive for a poor relaxation experience. Tea was nice though. Edit: After seeing the hosts reply - you can get a clear understanding of how they are with customers. Ps: no one asked us how the was, we waited in the lobby for someone to come up and when no one did, we walked ourselves out. Also have no idea who this marco is, he wasn’t present at all. Masseurs looked 18, definitely weren’t giving classes to anyone. Did a 100 minute couples with my husband. The whole vibe of the spa was marvelous. Very cozy and relaxing. The itself was fantastic (and my calves were wildly sore from a hike in amalfi a few days before). There’s showers at the end with hair dryers and locked lockers for safe storage. What a hidden gem this place is! We did the Spa Argillarium package with a 50 minute massage, foot bath, jacuzzi, “emotional” shower, full body/face clay ritual, and more! This was one of the best spa experiences we’ve had as a couple that was very reasonably priced and can’t recommend it enough. We loved our so much we decided to check out the beach club location for 2 days in a row as well which has a pool directly on the beach! Will definitely be back :) Great couples for our honeymoon. The spa was a perfect rainy day activity for the Amalfi Coast. took two hours where you're guided from room to room starting with the emotional showers, hot tub/jacuzzi, steam room with clay body and face rub, shower, and then herbal tea and relaxing on a bed before the massage. Only downside is that the is one couple at a time so there can be a little wait but it's a perfect time to relax. Would absolutely recommend. It was a great way to spend a rainy day yet be sure to be clear what you pay for- they assist you from treatment to treatment yet based on what’s listed you may not get all listed- Massage was good and what I did have I enjoyed- just felt a bit short changed. My husband and I are on our honeymoon and planned a spa day here with the 50 minute couples massage! Cannot recommend enough! Such a relaxing, unique, authentic feeling spa experience.
