But the ice ring isn't that big. Still it's worth a visit. I’m not impressed by the facilities or the staff. Day passes cost €12, which is outrageous. Swimming cost €3.60 for seniors, also outrageous. Locker room was shabby. The looks nice but when I visited there was a group of at least twenty adolescents, so some of the lanes were unavailable. That forces the other lanes to be crowded, which is frustrating for anyone who swims at a faster pace. Front desk woman was pleasant enough but I had to pry information out of her. I just used the and it's a great , All the staff from reception down to the cleaner in the were such lovely people and all very kind as I didn't speak Spanish much . Im from the Netherlands so I'm used to better ice skating experiences but kids seemed to love it. Love this place , all the staff are so nice and helpful my kids love going here . In the end they started saying that they have a policy but I was about to pay. They were useless. Mi opinión es exclusivamente sobre la piscina y los cursos de natación terapeutica (antes conocida como "escuela de espalda") impartidos por Pablo Comino...y no puedo estar mas satisfecho. Pablo es un gran profesional y ademas su simpatía y buen trato hace que sea todo mas ameno. Realmente es un fuera de serie. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la temperatura del agua de las duchas, etc, realmente no tengo ninguna queja. El agua de las duchas sale muy caliente (ojo, que incluso puede quemar). Por decir algo que mejorar, quizas me gustaría que la piscina estuviera un par de grados mas caliente porque algunos dias cuesta un poco acostumbrarse a la temperatura (cuando empecé en Enero estaba mas caliente que ahora). Y en los vestuarios a veces hace demasiado frio. No entiendo por qué a veces hay una ventana abierta y un ventilador metiendo aire de fuera, provocando un contraste brutal con la temparauta de la zona de la piscina. Tienen que hacer algo, quitar gente o ampliar el gimnasio porque la verdad que no apetece tener que esperar para las máquinas e incluso no poder hacerlas.
