Plastic cladding and new - top notch! Can’t praise these guys enough! From describing what we needed nothing but help and suggestions, offered 3 choices of door, of various cost and build quality, with no pressure sale at all! Both fitting teams for cladding and were courteous and considerate to us and property, and all is of a very good standard at a very competitive price. They’ll be getting my trade again! We had two replaced in our kitchen - from the visit for the quote through to the installation, Salop were courteous, and very competively priced. The colour was spot on to match a rather unusual coloured garage and it was expertly fitted by Nick and Jason, despite having a tricky frame. We had a small problem with the etched number but the team at Salop went over and above to sort it out and we are now delighted with the finished product. Mike came out to measure up and we also asked if they would be able to install a cat flap for us. Mike explained the kind of flap we would need to get to ensure they'd be able to fit it correctly. We dropped the flap off to their office in Shrewsbury, Stan behind the desk was very helpful and explained the guys would be in touch. A few days later, Mark came out (on a Sunday, no less!) and installed the for us. They were in and out within the hour and were super tidy! Our cat is loving her newfound freedom and I'd 100% use Salop again and recommend to others. Thanks team! Replacement roof on utility. Old perspex roof was tatty and leaked, drove me nuts. Team doing fitting were second to none. They were clearly in their work, cheerful, worked hard, lots of friendly banter, whilst doing a really good job. Everything immaculate inside and out. I bought a new aluminium for the rear of the house which faces south west. A few days after it was installed I noticed a mark on the inside of the across the top when the sun shone on it. It was replaced, but I have had a total of 5 replacement panes as each one had exactly the same issue. The last one has a similar issue, with a couple of smaller marks inside the glass, but I was told "they were picked up and noted plus all measured and viewed but the is now compliant with the GGF guidelines I’m afraid. That is about as perfect as you can get for a piece of that size." Now when the sun shines on the it doesn't shut properly. I have had people out 3 times so far with the problem still not fixed. Excellent Service! Philip on the phone was a pleasure to deal with, making the whole ordering process very simple. Mark in the office was very helpful. I was fitting the myself and the advice he gave me was really helpful, many companies don’t like to offer any help but Mark couldn’t help enough. I’ll definitely be trading with Salop again. Gareth in the office always sorts things out for me with great efficiency. They even fixed my leaky skylight, were the 3rd company to come and look at it and the last, as Mark was able to fix it. Cant say enough good things about these guys. Will only be using Salop in the future.
