Trendy bar with fab views across Swansea bay. We didn't eat but had cocktails. Lovely place for pre dinner drinks Hit and miss place. Very very expensive drinks, and a highly strung crowd for the most part. Still, I've enjoyed dinner and drinks there on a few occasions with some being better than others. As I say. Hit and miss. Cool venue though and well located for mumbles crowd. food, atmosphere. We went with a friend who had lived in Swansea for many years but didn't know the place was here. Ridiculous price on drinks , won't be rushing back at bar were welcoming and helpful. Sitting in the outdoor part of the rooftop was very pleasant. Had the chef special, pulled beef baguette, which was served in a generous portion with delicious fries. Rarebit had a crispy toasted bit which was nice, and a amount of cheese on. Gin and tonic was nice. Music was good. Would revisit. Came here the other day to film a party upstairs in the rum & fizz area. So can't comment on the food but the place itself was perfect. Not the largest of places but perfect if you have a small gathering, actually makes the event feel more busy that way. The were lovely, easy to talk too, at their job and always smiling. Atmosphere was great, would definitely recommend people to go. (The food in the picture the guests actually bought elsewhere for the party) Cannot believe I haven't been here before!! What a little gem, visited for lunch, just loved the vibe, stunning interior and priced menu, we both had steak frites, they cost £9.99 and portion was perfect. I had to try a gin, which I did, a bit on the pricey side for drinks but a nice treat!! I will definitely be returning. Little note there are a lot of stairs to climb! View of the bay are worth it!! This is without doubt my favourite bar for a drink and lunch on a sunny afternoon. Nothing beats it. We spent the afternoon here and many gins and a few Aspel ciders. We sat in the open air section overlooking the bay. What a view. So many gins can't possibly remember what they were all called but all looked amazing. We had a lunch, between four of us we had, steak and fries, sea bass with new potatoes, and a couple of burgers with fries. Everything was perfect, the steak was rare, juicy and delicious and the fries were well cooked all for £11.99. sea bass was , burgers were all meals were £11.99. the gin ranged in price from £8 - £16 but they gins upto £76 for a double. Amazing place. Service is great, are food and drink is great. A perfect afternoon. Amazing cocktails, astounding variety of gin! food at a price but smaller plates so don’t expect a banquet. Unique atmosphere with lovely staff. A beautiful sea view balcony to sit on or enjoy the eclectic atmosphere indoors. Perfect for any day! Live music on a Thursday evening. My favourite place in Mumbles. We visited Mumbles for a few days and G&J was recommended to us by a friend in Swansea. It is pure class. The food, the wine and the service was exceptional. I would go so far as saying that this is the finest bar/ restaurant I have ever been it. The bar is on the top floor of the building and the views of the sea are stunning- even at night. They also have live music on Thursdays. A very special has to go to the staff. They were simply superb. I like my red wine from a fresh bottle as it doesn't taste so if it's from the day before. Many places refuse this. Not the at G&J who were happy to open a new bottle for me- and after the first glass I decided to buy the bottle! I also like a bit of cheese with my wine. There was none on the menu but I asked anyway. Again, many places simply say 'no'- If it's not on the menu there is nothing they can do- even though you know the kitchen will have cheese! Again, this was not the case at the G&J - and the guy at the bar said he would ask the chef to see if he could make something for us. I only expected a little bit of cheese but what they produced was amazing. Three different types of cheese plus olives and fruit- and they only charged £6.50 for it. There was too much for myself and Helen but our friend from Swansea arrived and helped us finish it! Originally, we were only stopping for one drink as our friend was going to show us around the town but as we were having such a time in such a beautiful place we stayed at G&J all evening- and that was also because of the staff. Whatever money they are on they deserve more! They were all a credit to the bar and the company itself. Hopefully we will be returning to Mumbles at the end of April and we will look forward to an evening or two in the G&J. We had Sunday lunch at the Gin and Juice ‘The Grill’ restaurant. The food was lovely and the portions were generous. The were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were given complementary cockles. All the tables had a spectacular view across Swansea Bay. Love the vibe of this place, very cute and nice environment! Food was and prices were reasonable! Love it here the atmosphere is always plus the Espresso Martinis are always amazing This is a lovely restaurant that we went to recently on holiday. The entrance is on a little side passageway that could be missed, then a stairway or lift takes you to the top floor for the restaurant. Beautifully decorated, we were half that there were some free tables on the balcony that overlooks the sea - views. (The restaurant does not take reservations). The menu is very reasonable with a variety of meals for 12.99. the chicken burger, beef burger and sea bass were all very nice. Unfortunately there is not a children's menu which would put me off going again, meant I had to share with my youngest son and only got half a meal!! It would be so easy to serve half portions for the children. The cocktails are delicious! I consider this one of the best plates of food for £12 ive had in swansea! (same price lunch and evening). Fantastic dog friendly chilled atmosphere and top service. N.b If your a bigger eater you might want to order a side or starter. 🤷♂️ Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
