We visited the French market on a Sunday. The parking lot was already quite full and the market has not even started yet. Many little shops with a variety of food, few non food and (some) French stands. It turned very busy after an hour and the usual fights on the parking lot. Not much more than the large market Square. Nice area, lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and a few interesting buildings. Place to be!! Nice and cozy, just like a small town în Germany. It's great for a walk and for grabbing something to eat. This is a small town which makes a nice stopover. It is clean, medieval, and has some nice wine tasting venues. Be sure to go up to the Burg Landeck which is very close. This is a ruined hill castle with great views, food, no tourists and is free. Also while in this area be sure to cross the border into France and go to Wissemburg. Very delightful medieval French town.
