Booked 2 hours in the spa at 3pm on a Friday and was delighted to find I was only sharing it with 10 other people. Most were couples so in that whole time I never once shared one of the rooms with anyone, delightful as I often find spas are ruined for relaxation by people chatting loudly. My wife also went at 11am on a Friday and there were only 7 people so even quieter. Booking was easy at reception on the day and got a 20% discount although didn’t understand if that’s an off peak price or based on booking ‘executive’ accommodation. At £22 per session it was significantly cheaper than the UK Centre Parcs spas (albeit 2 hrs vs. 3 hrs) and would have been cheaper still if we’d booked the multiple sessions together. The spa feels new, which it is, and finished to a lovely standard. The ‘fire and ice’ room with lava effect walls and the outdoor hot tub with jewels in the wall are a bit more Disney and less high end spa but what they lack in class they make up for in fun. The salt water float room was novel for me and a great place to relax although I imagine if it’s busy you’d be constantly interrupted. The sauna with large panoramic glazing over the pool was good to people watch and the waterfall and jets in the main were surprisingly powerful. Having to use the main pool changing room and entering via a corridor behind the kids splash pool was a little odd but once you step through the door out of chaos and into tranquillity the cost seems well worth it. Comme d'autres commentaires, la température des bassins n'était pas assez élevée. Le cadre du spa est magnifique, avec une infrastructure moderne et une ambiance très calme, propice à la détente. Cependant, plusieurs installations étaient indisponibles lors de notre visite, ce qui a clairement impacté notre expérience. Personne ne en a informés à la réservation, alors que réservé directement à l'accueil. Pour le prix élevé, seulement pu profiter d'une piscine, d'un sauna et d'une douche sensorielle qui ne dure que quelques secondes avant de devoir laisser notre place, car une file d'attente se forme au bout de quelques minutes. Peut-être que le tarif est justifié lorsque tout fonctionne, mais ce n'était malheureusement pas le cas aujourd’hui. Je repars plus frustré que détendu.
