We saw an advertisement and were looking forward to it, especially at a high 10€ price tag: special patty, pepper sauce, cheese, onions, potato pancake, fried onions, and tomato... sounds amazing. But when we opened them, saw no tomatoes. My friend went to ask at the counter, they asked him to bring the burger back to add into them. No compensation. Eating a cold meal after this confusion. For mine it was too late as I already started biting and don't want to have to do all the efforts which should be theirs. Very disappointing. Maybe new management or staff and lack of training ? Before that, my last visit was totally different: Nice restaurant ideally located near the speedway access and at city entrance. Seating area might not be sufficient during crowded times when weather doesn't allow outside seating. Large choice of burgers well prepared - the fries loaded with double cheese are amazing. Big and modern restaurant, but it took ages for them to prepare a simple menu. Fries came without salt. Horrible. Big King burger was cold, complained and they suggested putting it in the microwave behind me myself. I have never experienced anything like that in my life.
