Parking is free and plentiful. We went there for a day trip. This is one of if not the nicest animal I have ever seen. It is spaceaus and beutiful for people and animals. The areas are very well looked after and tastefully created and decorated. Everywhere you look you see someone with true ability and style takes care of this. No kitch no nonsense- just a beatiful large with a farm and some in it. Very nice playground for childre too. The only negative I can say- they need to change their catering partners or make them do better job. I am yet to see at least average level of quality from Eurest anywhere but the main restaurant food is really very low quality and very overpriced for what you get. It looks sad and unloved. It's really a big contrast between the restaurant and the rest of the park. So pack your snacks and avoid the panoramic restaurant if you go there. The soup serving place next to the playground looked a little better though. But we only had coffee and ice cream there so I don't know about the food. Nevertheless- for us it was more than 2 hour drive but it was totally worth it! We know the parc and the ... Just a experience every time. We slept with the Bears last and it was great. This time, as big birthday present for my daughter we stayed in the jack London lodge and omg.. The weather was not so favourable, but who to blame.. so we went to the lodge as soon. As we could to also take advantage of the jacuzzi... The wolves did a show in front of the window.. the lodge is just wow.. only the food could have been a bit better... Dinner that us. Breakfast was excellent Just an experience... Not cheep but wow... experience during the day, but if you happen to visit during the winter season and the Winter Story is playing on the evening, go and see it! It's a nice and very big place that you could spend with family and friends all day 😊 This was the perfect Saturday activity for my wife and our two sons, a two year old and 6 month old. It is a beautiful nature reserve type animal that has and children’s playgrounds seamlessly integrated throughout the park. The parking was easy and the walk to the entrance was short. The was friendly friendly, but most importantly, the entire experience was a huge hit with our children. They had a large goat petting area our toddler loves, and we all enjoyed the safari train that took us up close and personal with the wildlife. I go several times per year to the and I'm rarely disappointed, the price is still affordable and the keeps growing slowly. What a day out. We came here from Les Trois Forets for a visit and it is fantastic. Probably mt favourite zoo / animal that I have ever visited. It is really big, so plan to spend the whole day here. The have such large enclosures, it's more like a nature reserve than a zoo. Absolutely brilliant day out, definitely recommend. Stayed here two nights with my son. We had lodge 14 with a view of the black bears. The is well located and you can tell that they go out of thier way to organize activities so that everyone can enjoy thier visit. The are really well taken care of. I recommend the train ride as you learn a lot about the animals. We also did the soigneur du jour option biodiversité, but I don't think it was worth it for the price. However my son enjoyed it so I was happy. Breakfast and dinner is included if you are staying the night. This should probably in the future become a paid option (thus lowering the prices of the stay) because the food offered was really not that good at all and I am far from being picky food wise. We ate elsewhere the second night and breakfast we skipped all together. Otherwise, I would definitely visit and sleep there again but would love to not have to pay for food that I probably won't even like. We drove from Switzerland to stay over night in the coyotes lodges. It was a experience and will recommend it to everyone. The was fantastic and helpful, and the night lights show was amazing. After a day of sightseeing, we went to the children's at the entrance. We waited by a toy tractor for a while, and then my youngest son got on it after the other had finished playing. Then a little boy came over and tried to climb onto my son's side to play, but my son didn't want to and started crying. I tried to comfort him, but the boy pushed my son away twice. The boy's then started speaking in French with a sarcastic tone. Then my son pushed the boy away, and the boy's scolded my son. My son was still crying, so my husband came over, and I spoke to the boy's in English: "We've only played for less than 5 minutes. Can we finish playing first, and then you can play?" The boy's ignored me and continued speaking to the boy in French, and the boy kept pushing my son. I picked up my son and left the tractor, and the boy's started clapping and laughing in French. Then the boy sat on it. My husband sat next to the boy and said, "No one likes this." Then the boy's got into the car and kicked my husband. I spoke to her in English, saying, "Hitting people is not right. “ The woman didn't apologize, and her husband also spoke to us rudely. I shouted for help and called the police. No one came to help at the time, and then two women arrived but couldn't speak English. One of them was the boy's grandmother, and the boy's kept talking to me for a long and pushed me on the shoulder. In the end I took out my phone to record everything, the boy's father came and grabbed my phone, I said “don't touch me, this is my stuff. “ No one came to help us the whole time, and eventually the boy and his family walked away, just ourselves left there and the footprints in my husband's pants. We were really unlucky and we felt like we were alone, having something like this happen to us on vacation. We spoke to the at the about the problem, but they only spoke French and had to use mobile phones to translate. I wanted to call the police, but my husband didn't want to stand there and talk about it, and our two were tired, so we decided to go home. During my trip to France, the locals basically only spoke French, and we spoke English or German, which made communication very difficult. I've been thinking, we've been taught to be polite and nice to people, but when someone is so aggressive and hitting someone , do we have to hit them back?
