We were very surprised how the guys that run the place welcomed us, it felt like we were old good friend of them, we just loved it. Gianni, Franco & co (I hope to remember the names) were very and they gave us some information about the location. This is not a luxury hotel but we felt like kings. The place is in a very location and far away from Porto Santo Stefano where you can find shops and some restaurants. Porto Santo Stefano can be reached by foot using the former railway tunnels, it takes about 10-15 minute to reach the centre however the gate from this pedestrian road closes in the evening. The room was very simple but with a great view, the bathroom it was very small but we did not have problem with that and then we started a new day with a great breakfast. Free parking is available in the hotel's perimeter. Beautiful!! The room as very clean and the most spectacular view! It was so to listen to the waves as we fell asleep! The concierge was extremely friendly and pleasant and even recommended us a place to eat dinner that was very good! It was great to have access to the water as well as an easy spot to park our car.
