It reminds me of being in a modern coffee shop in America. I would only critique that the hours that they open aren't convenient to it's other competitors who open a bit earlier. I work 10 minutes away from the bakery and have to be at work at 8:00. They open at 7:30 which doesn't give me much time to buy my bread and sandwich for the day so I end up having to go somewhere else. Another example was this Saturday, I waited until 8:00 in the parking lot for the bakery to open and so the time was 7:40 and I saw 3 cars come and leave because they were surprised to see that they weren't open earlier as there other competitors are. I strongly believe that this bakery is the best in the area and has the opportunity to thrive and dominate there other competitors around the area but it's because of their time of operation I feel that it sets them back from fully being successful.
