There was some available rooms but the person attending was clearly hostile and rude with us. So we left. Maybe it was excess workload at this moment (restaurant) ... Maybe something else... I don't care: this was inaceptable and unprofessional. Lovely place in the Ardeche mountains. Warm welcome for bikers. Advanced booking advised. dont want to give me water! Excellent hotel. Relaxed, well organised. Very warm welcome from whole family. Fun location at Col du Mézilhac. Good enjoyable dinner. A few groceries also available.
