I had an appointment with Hannah yesterday. As always, my appointment was on time and very well managed. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional in their dealings. I was sad to learn that Hannah is leaving the practice and I will miss her lots, but I have to wish her every success and blessing in the future as she undertakes further studies leading to a new career. - back to student days Hannah xxj I had a wonderful experience in feet yesterday. The receptionist was really friendly and my clinician Hannah was super professional and efficient. I would totally recommend. Both Gareth & Shan are excellent Chiropodists & have a gentle touch. I personally had been attending another chiropodist for a number of years with an issue that had never been fully resolved at any appointment, I had continued pain in the area from one appointment to the next, leaving me in great discomfort and I always left with bleeding bandaged toes. On the 2 occasions I attended Feet I have never left with bandaged toes or bled. I'm so I started using Feet NI. I also want to mention that Olivia is very helpful & knowledgeable when it comes to choosing the correct socks for walkers/hikers. I highly highly recommend Feet NI. Thank you so much for helping me. I was extremely with my visit, Sian is amazing professional person, and I was so with the results. I had an issue with my toe for more than 20 years, and Sian solved the issue in 20min. and provided me all information that I needed. Thank you so much it was a pleasure to meet such an amazing person. We have been going to Feet now for a lot of years. Best service I have received. Always efficient and get the job done to a high level. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are amazing. Highly recommend anyone to get their feet done at this clinic I had a procedure carried out by Chloe. She was very attentive and professional. I'm extremely pleased with my experience and treatment. Would certainly recommend Hannah is fantastic! Lovely personality and always interested in her patients. I might only go a couple of times a year, but remembering her patients and info they have shared, makes you feel special. I've never had an issue with Feet or Hannah and they offer a great service. Was referred to the feet clinic Dungannon regarding an arthritic problem with my foot. Gareth was extremely professional and knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what the problem was. Orthotic insoles were prescribed, and I have found these to be very helpful in addressing my problem. I've have 2 follow up appointments since, and everything seems to be settling down, thankfully. Olivia, the receptionist, was also very pleasant and helpful. Definitely would recommend the foot clinic in Dungannon.
