My girls loved it, they went to a Taylor Swift event and it was a lovely way for them to spend an evening... This place is unreal! It's massive. Our girls got skates for Christmas we went here for a try. The price was very reasonable only £7.50 each for 3 hours. Staff were very friendly. And we were asked would we like to have a go. ( no charge ). Definately be going back here. When I was told that we were to go skating for my partner's 52nd birthday I was somewhat apprehensive. We attended with a group from 15 yo to nearly 60 years old. I needn't have been concerned. Parking at the rink was plentiful and check in very straightforward. The were the real gem in this somewhat remote location. Not only were their smiles and welcome infectious, but when posed with a query were genuinely helpful and prompt. The counter were the type of customer facing people I would employ myself. The on rink were capable, observant and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business and will also be enthusiastic about another visit soon. I never thought at my age I would have had such a good skating. We had the most amazing and fun time, we also couldn’t thank Aaron enough, he was very kind and polite and got us everything we needed!! Huge thank you for an amazing night!! A firm favourite of my kids, generous 2 hours of skate time, I can sit and have a cuppa while watching them have fun, they can come to the table for a snack/drink when they need a break. Bouncy castle is there if they fancy a go too. are always and helpful, fun to watch them whizz about the rink too, some have mad skills! Fantastic staff, when my granddaughter fell she was well cared for and genuine concern. She’s fine and really it. My daughters, almost 9 & 6, attended the Taylor Swift night at the Rink. It was absolutely perfect, they had a bunch of their friends there as well and their immensely. Even the slightly later time, which I was a little concerned about worked out well during the summer holidays. Great amenities and food options, enough waiting area for parents but most importantly really attentive, fun loving and staff. A must for of all ages! My boys had their birthday party here and they thoroughly it. The couldn't do enough for us and everything ran smoothly. It was a great day and we will definitely be back! First visiting , we had a great time. Brought me back to my childhood. My little girl got boots for xmas so the rink was ideal place to build her confidence up. We all it very. were so nice and had boots and seat all set out for us. Brilliant time, thoroughly it. Just wonder, had it always been chippy food when you asked for meals for the birthday parties? Or is that a new thing? Not that it matters, had a ball! Never been before. I took my 2 grandchildren aged 4 and 6 and they had a ball. I had a go too and loved it. Huge arena and not too busy. were just lovely and very helpful. Just one thing. There is no food for lunches. Just chocolate bars, crisps and drinks although they do have coffee(thank goodness) and I had 2! I had brought packed lunches so we just had a picnic in the car as you're not allowed to bring food in and it worked fine. Will definitely be back. Our family and guests really our visit. The and parents loved their skating experience. The birthday girl and her sister are from Norway and said it was more fun than ice skating. The food and drinks were very welcome after the burning up lots of energy. Having the private room was particularly appreciated by grandparents who could sit in comfort and enjoy watching all the fun, spills and laughter. The children are all talking about their next visit. Perfect entertainment for three generations. Great facility, kids had a ball, staff real friendly..Only complaint is that I wasn't able to purchase a jug of juice/water as I wasn't a party. Is very expensive then to purchase individual drinks and snacks then especially when you have 5 with you. Shop was daylight robbery scandalous £1. 80 for a twix not be back!!!!! The really skate. The best place for birthday party is well!🙂 the very and the atmosphere was amazing 👌. Definitely we will be back soon.
