The are amazing quality (we biked 90 km on an ebike and still had 40% battery left) and work super well going up steep hills as well. The owner is also very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. We used the to go to Reute in Austria and then loop back to Fussen. Amazing day trip! First, the bicycle was extremely reliable and of good quality. I went a bit late, and the owner was super kind and helpful. He was a fun person and even lent me gloves and allowed me to return the bike later at night. Couldn't wish for more. They were very helpful and even provided us with phone holders for the bikes. We loved being able to return them by 8pm. Having the extra time in the evening was great. If you are going to Fussen and to see the castles, I highly recommend renting from them. The ride to the castle was beautiful. I really enjoyed renting a bike from this company.
