We popped in for a quick dinner. Meal of the day was Beef Bourguignon and Rice. We both had this and it was a good price. Serviced quickly. Quirky decor too. We would have liked to have had a meal. We had a drink which was nice outside. We couldn't eat in the restaurant it had lots of dogs also the smell of dogs made me feel quite ill. Sorry not people with allergies. Cute hotel. Best location, very close to the beach in the center of the city. Plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and just walking trails. Near-by parking for the car easy accessible. Did not like · Noisy. Especially rooms facing the street. Woken up by the garbage trucks at 6:30 am Huge décoration effort for christmas, classy place, quiet jazz.... and excellent dinner for very low price, 15€ for entrée+main dish. Fantastic small hotel in a central location near the beach with comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff with lovely personalities. The evening meal was excellent. We spent a wonderful night there and would highly recommend. We will be back !!! I hopef to get wifi access in a place with a huge sticker of Tripadvisor „wifi for free” recommendation. Unfortunately i only lost my time and money for coffee- internet here is definitely NOT working. Should not be this way. Its 2022. Or just don’t mislead the clients with the information on your door. This hotel is nothing fancy, but the staff has to have been one of the most friendly people I dealt with in a long time. The restaurant served really good food. The room was clean and very comfortable. The manager was an absolute gem. Friendly, easily accessible, funny. Nicely designed interior. restaurant were open to accommodating us as a big group of 15 when we booked 2/3 days earlier. Some waiters were attentive, others could not leave the table quick enough without taking full drink orders - so a little mixed. Food a real let down. Not competitively priced even though they served a very similar menu to other restaurants. Mussels with lobster bisque was very unpleasant. Smelt as though the mussels were not fresh and there was barely any lobster sauce. We ordered 4 portions amongst our group and every portion was not finished. We aren’t picky eaters and are used to eating moules - having spent many summers in France. We weren’t asked how our meal was at any point and when we mentioned we were let down - it was a shame that despite €800 worth of business they said would only be able to take 2 portions away from the bill.
