We came for a birthday meal and enjoyed it immensely. It's a meat menu so probably not a natural choice for vegetarians but the food was lovely. Excellent Normandy beef and an extensive wine list. We will be back! Probably next week! Lovely evening just a few things to suggest The burger was very good but I think the mint yougart sauce was strange 🤔 in a burger 🍔 just wanted burger sauce. Also we had to ask the waiter for our wine a few times . But over all great 👍 The atmosphere here is lovely, although we were tucked away on the lower level which meant we had restrictions on what we could order! If you want to go for the flame cooked meat platter they are known for, beware they don't serve this down stairs. We all had a lovely steak, 1 member out of 7 was undercooked, not a bad ratio! The kids LOVED it, if we were in France longer, we definitely would have returned and requested a table upstairs for the full experience This visit was a special treat for my daughter and granddaughter visiting from the UK. They had a burger each which they very much enjoyed and I had three lamb chops. I had asked for medium, but they were really well done which was a shame for me, but apart from that we had a very pleasant time. I’m hoping to visit again with my husband, dependent upon his health as it is an hours run from our home. Thank you to you all. We have been 3 times to this restaurant. We love the meat cooked on the open fire. The friendly service and great atmosphere. The best steak we have ever eaten in Normandy. The pepper sauce was wonderful too along with the fries. We all thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent. Will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Thank you Perfect !
