No fuss. Had a terrible experience here tonight. I was playing pool with my young kids, and my son is only 8 years old so I had to hold him up on the table. A manager came over and angrily told us that it isn’t allowed. At the other pool table right next to us there was a couple practically having sex on the pool table, and when I pointed this out they didn’t want to say anything to them. Absolutely disgusting place. Would never take kids there again and I would recommend going anywhere else. Filth. Fire the manager or shut down. Great fun I love going there. As you can see in The photo, I am a real champ It's great that they open late, we had fun bowling after drinking all night In general everything worked out okay however I faced 2 issues. One of pins was missing even in automated environment, kind of system glitch. This was through out our 2 hour long session There were only 2 ramp for kids, we struggled initially as sharing was not an option. The guy at the counter instead of helping said - NOT MY PROBLEM. For a moment I thought it was my problem. Anyways poor customer service. I’ll give this place a generous 3 stars ⭐️ Good bowling alleys, also 2 billiards tables This was my second visit to Grakula in the past two weeks. The first time, we had a fantastic time at the karaoke—there’s a great selection of hits to choose from. The second time, we played bowling, which was also a fun experience. It’s a good place to spend an evening with colleagues, and they accept the FitProfit card, which is a plus. The only downside is the slow service at the bar. It takes quite a while to get a drink, which can be frustrating. Other than that, it’s a solid option for a fun night out.
