I absolutely loved it. Wolfs seemed to be fine, they had food and fairly good size areas for each packs. Some of the wolfs were really curious and some quite nervous. I wonder how those dears manage to be so close to the wolfs, hear and smell them all the time. Nice walking path around the area passing by the fences. Some wolfs came right to the fence very close to see me walking alone. Some of the peaking windows were so dirty that you could not get good photos thru them. There is aire in the parking lot where you can sleep in a motorhome, it was interesting to hear the howling. Great experience. The were a little lethargic but we still enjoyed the park. Clean toilets too and a gift shop Great place to visit for young and old alike. As well as multiple enclosures for the there are plenty of other animals to see. There are goats and llamas as well as pigs. You can enter the enclosure for the goats. A slow walk around the sloped oaths takes 60-90 minutes. Love this place! At the beginning we were greeted by some incredibly friendly sheep and had such a lot of fun feeding them. As we started looking for the first couple enclosures seemed very quiet but as we carried on we managed to see the entire pack of grey and from there it became much easier to spot them and they were so fascinating to watch! There’s also a little museum here which is interesting for a 20min walk around and other animals like alpacas and peacocks. All in all a great afternoon. Interesting if a little upsetting, the fox worried me well after the visit walking frantically in circles. I assume because in an open environment it could smell the who are above it in the food chain. My assumption nay be wrong, but I do not see the need for the fox and its cub to be there. Excellent center for all ages. Really great venue with something for everyone. A nice little shop with drinks and snacks too. Somewhere to sit and have lunch, or take part in any of the many activities on site. Really enjoyed the animals, and of course seeing the Wolves. Always great to visit the Loops of Chabriéres. We hadn’t been there for a few years, Covid etc. so we decided to visit. Great petting farm and the wood walks were excellent as well. A really hot day but we saw numerous wolves, including 4 cubs. Stopped for an ice cream and cold drink at the cafe. A lovely visit. Amazing for kids and adults. The are incredible. Such a nice place and the petting area is amazing!! My 3 year old loved it but the paths are not for prams so don’t bother with one!
