I broke my arm on this as it didn't have breaks. Company failed to do the required safety checks. Very poor safety standards. Supervisors were not attentive on the dangerous activities to supervise how to use the harnesses properly. Very irresponsible company. I would not let kids go here. They even denied their responsibility for failed equipment on the day I attended and made alterations afterwards to deny it was their fault. They miraculously did not have any engineer record on that day!? On that day, there was no English instructions. Their actions are completely disgusting, I now have a huge scar for the rest of my life. I discourage families taking their children there to use the zip wire.
