Near perfect B&B, clean, spacious, friendly hosts, private parking and modern interior. This lovely B&B at about 40 minutes from Milan, is an ideal place to stay if you have a car at your disposal. Located in a quiet town, it has a lovely garden and space outback to park your car. Although it looks like it has been an old farmhouse, the interior is modern and light. Beds, 2 doubles and one room has a 3rd bed, are comfortable and prettily decorated. There's two bad rooms with shower and toilet, one shower being tiny, for a big guy like me, as one of the only negative remarks I can think of. The host welcomed us warmly and explained everything in 15 min. after which we weren't disturbed anymore. can be served at a time you feel suitable and is more than adequate to start the day with a smile. Glad we picked this B&B for our two night stay and can recommend it to anyone We absolutely loved staying in this nice and neat little bed and breakfast. You can hear the church bells ringing and it is such a beautiful and welcoming sound when visiting towns in foreign countries. There is a nice little Italian restaurant around the corner which is walking distance (about 1km or less) from the bed and breakfast. Walking to the restaurant has beautiful street view and it is safe to walk at night. The hosts of the restaurant are so friendly and the food is just great. It is not food South Africans are used to, but we really enjoyed it, especially the desert and wine. No one speaks English which just adds to the fun when visiting and trying to order food and drinks. The bed and host is incredibly friendly and very helpful. If you don't know Italy and enjoy local, you can just ask the host at the bed and breakfast, he will point you into the right direction. I would recommend staying in this beautiful little town at this bed and breakfast. They have different apartments, apartment 1 and 2 have to be quite and fresh because they are i another building. My opinion is about apartment n.3 (the one we got) the rum is next to the street so we couldn't sleep because the traffic and the apartment is in a old building. The was better than we expected and nice service. We stayed in the apartment. Not clean. In the kitchen there were spiderwebs and cobwebs all around the ceilings of the room. Also in the hallway above the doorframe. The lamp in the kitchen was dusty and there was a spiderweb with a dead fly on it. Needs renovation. Already outside the front door, the house needs repainting. Inside, there are visible, unrepaired signs of (past) humidity problems. Multiple walls where the plaster had fallen off and they just painted over it instead of repairing it. Multiple ceilings with plaster that was cracked and about to crumble off. Picture frames were bent, probably because of humidity. There was what looked to be a dehumidifying machine in the bedroom. The kitchen is in a very sorry state. All the doors are crooked and misaligned. Some of the hobs on the stove did not work. Even if you do not intend to cook it is annoying, because the kitchen it is the first thing you see when you step in and it is what you see from the couch. The price / quality is not good and it is clear that the hosts reinvest nothing of what they earn with their rentals. Fortunately we only stayed 1 night. It is the first time of many bookings that we experience this. I also do not understand all the positive reviews. Instructions and communication were good. Car parking close to the apartment. The was enough and adequate. We got toast-bread, eggs and sausage, croissants, cake and fruit. The was delivered to us punctually. Overall the bnb is OK for a one night or 2 nights stay. On a positive note, they even provide a quite abundant and was the plates you use as well. The rating is derived by the following issues: the matress, which is definitely not great, and the lack of a Kitchen. Host Marco was fantastic. He collected us from the airport and made us feel so welcome and gave us lots of information. Kindly ordered us some food and picked it up for us. Lovely little items left for us the following day. Wish we could have spent more time there. Thank you Marco. Gorgeus place, delicious with handmade red orange juice and very helpful and friendly host. Highly recommend! We stayed for three nights at B&B Ca' Nobil and it was fantastic. I'd asked if an aperitif could be arranged on arrival to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday - this was done with no trouble at all. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Marco offered free shuttles to the station and helped by giving advice on which trains to catch in order to reach the desired destination. Pizza restaurant just around the corner was cheap and delicious too - a good option after an expensive day in Milan! Definitely recommend this b&b.
