My god, adding the stress comment to behaviour and understanding that it should be addressed to organisers. You don’t set the lines, we are not in the army !!! So frustrating that from my vip ticket I went to back crowd spot because there was so insulting with there torch. Where you found this??? Or ever seen this poor approach? When you dance on a you don’t want to care if you step 3cm off the line !! What a joke !!!??? Impossible to enjoy. Get better organisation, this is not 1st class. So ruined my lady gaga experience! Great arena that is well organized. Only issue I had was the popcorn was sweet and I was expecting salty so it was not a pleasant surprise Great venue, clean comfortable, food and drinks almost sensibly priced compared to other venues around the world. For this trip it was also great for parking and exiting after the spectacle but that is based on our one and only visit to this arena. However have gone to pay parking formour next event this morning and the payment went through but the website froze and never got my confirmation!! A week to get a response over a payment issue? Someone is taking the mick!!!! Went this weekend for a concert. Clean and comfortable seating, lots of food stands inside, quick and polite service. One point to improve upon would be that the dedicated space after the ticket and checks are when waiting for the doors to open should be covered, as if the weather is inclement you’d get soaked! I would be more than happy if the LDLC Arena were open for public. Unfortunately, it's not and there is no way to take some photos. That's so bad for people who are coming to see such a great basketball stadium. Please, try to change that situation ! Very easy to reach by public transport, the acoustics are insanely good, and quite easy access. There are lockers inside to leave bag and jackets that you can book in advance but also you can find some available on the spot. I was very impressed with the organization, at first in line I was worried but just trust their process, they know what they are doing! The sounded amazing and the venue was easy to exit, even the metro was well organized after the event. Mayhem ball 2025 14.11.2025 I was lucky enough to attend Lady Gaga’s concert. I have no complaints about the show itself, but I had issues with the staff. I had a GoPro camera with me — no one said anything about it during the check at the entrance. But more than halfway through the concert, when someone from noticed that I was recording with it, five guards surrounded me and escorted me out of the hall, telling me that filming with a camera was prohibited (even though everyone was recording on their phones). They spoke with me for about 10 minutes, and I sincerely couldn’t understand how a GoPro camera is any different from a phone camera, and why this wasn’t stated anywhere beforehand. They simply told me “those are the rules” and confiscated my camera until the end of the concert. It was very upsetting — I missed two or three songs because of the staff. Very unprofessional work. The LDLC Arena is a fantastic place! The sound quality is excellent, and we were really happy with the food and drinks offered. Highly recommend for a great experience! a very organized and clean place, I liked it a lot We were here to watch musical and alongside the marvelous musical, the facilities are good. The elevator was stopped before beginning and was good during the break. Near station and the WC are well equipped and clean. Compare to the amount of visitors it's not long wait for using the WC. The food choice is okay and price reasonable. I like it more than the other time when I visited for another musical. So in all satisfied.
