After a poor experience at a shop in Köln which did nothing to solve the issue, I brought my bike here (I'm cycling from London to Milan) as I knew there had to be a problem. I thought I just needed a tune up but these guys found that my shifting cable was actually broken, showed me the problem, and promptly fixed it. They also dropped what they were doing to get me back on the trail. Nice guys and impressive shop too. Would recommend and would definitely return. Thanks again!!
