First ever visit during poppy memorial tribute on famous bridge, not the best time of year to visit but can imagine it being a real hidden gem in fairer weather. Met some really nice dedicated people who are working hard to improve and promote this unique park. Would like to try some of their guided walks, would be something well worth the effort. Lovely always well maintained..quiet and peaceful just like parks should be Lovely place to dogs and although it has a small park, I don't find it much good for kids unless they like to around alot. Could do with a bigger, better area for the kids Lovely little park, I my dog here frequently. The place is always well kept with beautiful flowers and shrubs all year around. The children's playground is brilliant, has soft tarmark type flooring and gates all around Beautiful landscaping, well maintained, now my 10 year olds fav park. Living in Swansea I must unfortunately say these flowers wouldn't survive, everyone seems to respect what they have here. Loads of paths to explore and photo opportunities, probably my favourite for miles around too Beautiful, well kept park. Enjoyed a lovely with my mam and brother today. This is ideal for all of us as we each have a different mobility disability. The is mostly flat ground in the first few gardens, with only a small incline as you go further up. Then it becomes too steep for us, but by this tome we've had a good exercise and enjoyed the beauty of the trees, flowers and birds singing. It's was very peaceful and relaxing. Lovely place to visit I love that I only live 5 minutes from here . I always feel calmer and relaxed after my here . This is a hidden gem. The deterioration of the front gate contributes to the concealment of the beauty within. It is peaceful. A few people were there today. Old dog walkers and a parent teaching their excited child how to ride their bicycle. I hear a game of football taking place in the children’s park. The flowerbeds are immaculate, colourful, and bright. The wildlife seems to be thriving. I spotted many squirrels, birds, and a vole. There are many different plants and trees. There are many benches. I am writing while I sit on a bench in a shaded alley of trees. I hear the birds chirping. The air is fresh. I wonder if mushrooms grow here and if I could find them if I looked hard enough. On my way out, I smell and see smoke floating from a nearby house, the inhabitants are burning wood. Lovely through a beautiful park. Practically on my doorstep and didn't realise this BEAUTIFUL place existed!! Lovely little playground for the kiddies too.
