We visited here to watch an evening performance of the Mikron Theatre. The venue was very clean and tidy. All the were extremely helpful and cheerful and we felt very welcome. There was an outside refreshment kiosk which was very reasonably priced and had a variety of snacks, hot and cold, and drinks. The toilet were spotless and smelt newly painted. In the stand the plastic seats were the usual type but the whole area was very clean and well kept. Definitely worth a visit for a match or function if you get the opportunity. The food and service is excellent. The room is always clean and tidy and the are friendly. They are very patient with us if we over-run slightly. Great room too with a nice view. Would recommend. Fantastic venue for a wedding, or any other special occasion. Friendly and caring staff, that looked after all the guests. Maybe could do with a little bit more of a choice behind the bar. Terrible communication, never reply to calls, messages etc, seem to be uninterested in properly providing the services they are paid to provide. I've enquired about three separate services over the past couple of years, through multiple channels, all of which fizzle out or are ignored completely. Their IT systems are a complete farce, but that is entirely in line with the rest of their business. Clearly not the odd person or area, just general incompetence, presumably stemming from poor leadership and management. Such a shame as so many young people are dependent upon their services.
