This was a fantastic place to snooker with my friends, having properly sized tables that are efficiently lit up when any game is booked! The prices of snooker time were reasonable for the hour and additional half an hour that we booked, also the cues were very reliable. I was not too impressed by the service though, as none of the were there to take the balls when they were returned and one confirmed that chips are the least expensive cooked item even thought they cost £4. Not as good now the pins are on strings. Been refurbished. Organised kids Birthday Party here. Was OK, cheaper then anywhere else and available at the last minute. Absolutely love it here. It’s just the right size, really clean and so many toys for kids of all ages. The gym is really clean and well put together. The (Sam, Debbie, Amy and Rebecca) are really polite girls, can’t do enough for you. The food is great with Decent portions. Haven’t checked out the down stairs yet but it’s on our to do list. It is very useful if you have to leave your vehicle at one of the garages and you are stuck with children. You can have a brew while they play. is downstairs. I went there as part of my wife's birthday celebration. She had a lovely time there. The place is well equipped for bowling, darts, snooker and alot more. They have an in-house restaurant where they serve food and drinks. They also have a nice area for kids. I tried to win the PS5 that was in the raffle but I lost Very nice! I like it! Lovely venue but more needed... no reflection on , the chap on Monday evenings is fab, but often under pressure as he's only member of on .. Awesome! Took my little boy here, pre booked online as the last few times we came it was packed (half term) we arrived around 25 minutes early and the lanes were all in use so took him up to the zone upstairs and explained that i just wanted to pay for a half an hour session as we had pre booked and had 20 minutes spare and the lass just smiled and said "don't worry about it if its just for 20 minutes" didn't get her name but that was a lovely gesture!! And a brilliant way to get repeat customers. All the there were brilliant every time I've been. But whoever was in charge of the playzone at 16:10 on Monday 10/02/25 PLEASE GIVE HER MY THANKS AND PRAISE. She deserves good feedback, we spent over £60 in total there but that gesture was 5/5 was fun too. Its a good vibe in there 👌 Great soft area for my 2 yr old but the food was a disaster. I ordered fish fingers, peas and potato smiley faces for my little boy. The peas were way over cooked and looked like brown lentils. I’ve never seen peas that colour before. The smiley faces were under cooked and we were given chicken nuggets instead of fish fingers. Nuggets were over cooked so they didn’t get eaten and neither did the ‘peas’. I asked if I could have fish fingers as per my original order. Again, they arrived over cooked. My little boy only had one bite and spat the rest out. Won’t be going there again. Visited with friends for darts. The boards were intermittently working but were very helpful to solve the issue. Visited today. Weather terrible outside so very busy but they squeezed us in. Great team and very good prices. We are visiting the area and had a dog with us who’s small and very well behaved so they allowed him to enter which made it even better. Would 100% recommend Great place and great staff, we went to the soft zone which was very well priced with nice coffee and food (hot chocolate was also very nice) area also has a fire station and bakery area. Down the hall was pool, snooker and darts and downstairs was the bowling. When I ask pricing for the other areas they seemed very reasonable too. The place is clean and the were lovely We had our daughters 5th birthday party here and everything was excellent the especially tasha went above and beyond to make her party so memorable.
