Had my son's here. experience, were amazing. Everyone had a time. Polar opposites to the experience we had having a at a similar sort of place a couple of years ago. 5 year old liked it with his friends. He's happy I am!! Had a here were really good. What a grotty place. Took our 3 grandkids,they enjoyed it. It all looks dirty,the cafe the loos everything!, The room looked awful,I wouldn't even have a wake in there!! Good fun with well maintained equipment. Cafe had good choices with a reasonable price. Should have air conditioning as even on a cloudy day it was extremely hot inside. Toilets dirty. rude. July 2025 visit with the grandsons for the first time. Burnley location. They had fun. facilities. Good simple family food. Well managed place and I’m here again today because they loved it. Went to the toddler session. 1st going. Was super quiet so was perfect to allow the littlies to go at their own pace. Little one really enjoyed himself and knackered him out 😊 The steps up to the slides are firm and easy to climb not like some places where you struggle because they're sagged in. Only knock is that we were 1st ones in of the day and some of the play parts were abit dirty, so possibly not fully hoovered, found a fair amount of crumbs, hair balls and debris. Only mentioning as my little one picked up a big hair mess. I expect this too so dont get me wrong but just abit more hoovering in the cracks and corners and its perfect. Had a afternoon at Air Unlimited, we had the room, the were fantastic, and friendly, happy to help. The 20 and parents had a brilliant time, thank you very much. We all had lovely Christmas party.. we will be back again. Overall good experience. All turned up in but was made to buy new socks!! Costing nearly £15! Why, we had which were exactly the same but not got air unlimited on! An explanation would be nice as to why? It puts you off. I wouldn’t go again. The liked it and glad we only booked for an hour, small inside not enough to do. If I’d have not booked in advance I’d have left and gone somewhere else instead Nice idea and a good opportunity for little ones to run around. Unfortunately can come across as impractical as there is always some tear-away older making it dangerous (coupled with aloof parents stuck on their phones). Not really appropriate to let young run around as they can get hurt - so will require constant supervision. I feel better awareness can mitigate this. We had my daughter's at Air Unlimited, Burnley and it was great! All of the really enjoyed it, and the adults could relax with a drink while the played. The member who was our host was Cynthia, and she was great! She made sure that everything went smoothly and was very and professional. Several in our had additional needs, and Cynthia took this in her stride and made sure that they all had a time. for our son's 7th birthday. all had a time, loads of food and well organised. Thank you Was made to buy blue air unlimited when we had the old grey ones, but after purchasing them I was then told the grey ones were perfectly fine. Asked for a refund for the unworn and was told by the very young running the place, that they couldn't refund me. Asked if there was a supervisor or manager to speak to and she said she was in charge.... but couldn't process refunds.... So cost another £15 for extra, unused plus the £35 already spent for 4 of us for an hour on the filthy equipment. It wasn't a very enjoyable experience, what with the young running the place sat at every corner and at the end of every slide telling us what we could and couldn't do (I was there with a 3 and 5 year old, so as you can imagine, nothing too hardcore). Would definitely not go here again or recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing. I booked the Burnley venue to host my 6 year olds birthday and made the payment in full as per the terms well in advance of the party. We and the majority of the arrived prior to the start as mentioned in the confirmation email. This is where it all went wrong. Half of the group were told at less than 5 minutes till the started that they weren’t allowed on the park until the start time, whilst the remainder spent 20+ minutes in the general queue waiting to be checked in whilst missing the party. I raised this with a “manager” who basically told me it was above them, she was also the only person on the till / getting people into the park. I asked for someone who would be able to make a decision for the business to call and here we are three days later me having to chase to speak to someone who isn’t available and has no name… I would highly recommend you avoid this place for parties as once they have the money, they don’t care!! **Update - over a month of trying to get someone at this business to speak to me and still nothing other than an email saying I am wrong. This business then reply’s with the below. They have ZERO interest in anything other than money. Below response is nothing more than something to make it look like they care, it is almost laughable** venue my love it here! very reasonable prices and are and extremely helpful! looking forward to the upcoming Halloween event :) i would mort definitely recommend his place to anyone Play was good and everything but i got let down when i was given the voucher stating i can get a meal. But the only meals were fish or chicken or sausage and im vegetarian and there wasn’t a lot of option even though pasta was on the meal section same price and everything they couldn’t do it i dont know why but now i had to get only chips seeing as a i cannot eat meat or fish which isnt really a meal.. Always an place to come, so many different parts to it..... Plenty to do, food and drinks are great!!!!!! Definitely recommend.... Hired for a birthday party, reasonable price and the all had fun Visited this venue last weekend with my nephew (9 years old) and he didn’t want to leave, whole place was a knockout. on the inflatables playing with my nephew. Food was fab and special thanks to Daisy who kindly helped us find a suitable meal for my nephew’s allergies. Definitely will be coming back :) Been a few times with my granddaughter and we both love it. really and helpful. Clean loos and nice little cafe My daughter had her there this weekend. The were brilliant, really and friendly. It was well organised and the had a time! Thanks to Precious the host for making it perfect. Had my lads birthday here on Saturday dinner time. all very & helpful. Our host Precious were brilliant. The room is quite large & has built in Bluetooth speakers to connect your own music which was nice. Would highly recommend booking here! Just had my little boys 5th here, we haven’t visited for a couple of years so the first with the new layout (added slides). The ages ranged from 1-8 and all the had the best time. Chantel was our host and she was amazing. So and accommodating! Made everything run smoothly and easier for us to relax and enjoy watching the run wild! We booked the summer for our daughter, value for money! So much pizza and chips for everyone even the adults polished it off slush each and unlimited drinks!
