This is an amazing place, lots of fun guaranteed and for the whole family, irrespective of age. Some fitness required but not that much. The downside to this place is that it's very strictly by the hour with no other options. No accessories such as watches are allowed, which is fine, but then they should have more (working) clocks scattered around. I only saw two clocks, and the only one that worked properly is above the front ticket office, which is barely visible from the jumping park. Have been here a few times, including our daughter's birthday party today. We were so lucky to choose a quiet time and had the whole place to ourselves! Lots of activities, clean and lots of fun. We were looked after by the most wonderful member, Joaquim, who made the visit extra special, helping the kids out on the climbing wall with so much patience and generally being very friendly, attentive and helpful. We booked online in advance, everything was well organised and effortless. We definitely recommend here for a fun day or birthday celebration. Visited Junpers last week and was very impressed. The was incredible. They helped my kids on many occasions. We have places like this here in Canada, but not with the service I experienced at Junpers. Thank you to the staff. I highly recommend this place. Muito obrigado Have been there with my 6 years old son. First you have to buy their socks ( despite the fact that you have your own anti-slippery socks). Then you have to go with your son inside , and pay for adult ticket+ to buy their socks. Thirdly 6 years old kid can’t use some of the funniest things. And lastly the price is very expensive compared to their main competitor “ Jump Yard”. For us it’s only Jump Yard from now on. the price is decent, but unfortunately they have stupid rules to charge you more, you can't use your own socks, need to buy from them and can't be the ones from any of the other parks. And for whatever weird reason that's impossible to fathom, they don't allow the use of any fitness trackers. So if it's for a kid to play around it's great, but if you're into trampoline sports and want a place to practice, this 100% not it What an awesome experience for a first timer like me,never thought that jumping in a trampoline will be this FUN,it's a nice feeling to be young again.The facilities are quite good,and our guide Carlos is very approacheable and kind.
