The water is dark due to mudy but it is said to be one of the most clean rivers in the north of Portugal. One side of the river has sand, the other has grass. You can pick what you like best to lay down and enjoy the sun 🌞 the go for a swim ⛱️ Highly recommended The area for a picnic was good , but the water for swimming was not inviting although was full of people . Top Good place to chill out, great view , tidy place , good atmosphere, nice looking girls!!! Very nice place for break. Good for kids. Please keep it clean and respect other people space. Overall a good place to swim and have fun. But now too many people and its risky because of the coronavirus.
