We loved the donuts we got and the cream filled waffle things were bomb! Best treats! It’s nice little bakery wjth quite a big option of baked goods. A fantastic bakery. Worth the drive down from Reykjavík. They make wonderful customised birthday cakes. I needed a cake which was lactose free and they obliged. They're also very accommodating, in that we had some email discussions regarding which cake would be best and they were very kind and helped me pick the one with no allergens. They have a great selection and prices are very fair as well. Will definitely visit soon and often. The sourdough cake is just out of this world, even with substitutes for milk. Very friendly staff with spectacular pastries! Highly recommend. I went there on the recommendation of cinnamon rolls, and there was at least 1/2 dozen options to select from in addition to regular pastries. They have sweet and savory type and good coffee. The amount of choice there is incredible, cakes, pastries, traditional Icelandic like snúður, kleinur, small cakes, and of course coffees and hot drinks. If you have dairy or egg allergies, they have you covered. So many choices. Visited today and they counter 17 items vegan. Super cheap compared to bakeries I've been to in Reykjavik. The puff has a really crispy crust, light almond filling goes really well with vanilla topping. Price was way more affordable compared to the established bakeries in Reykjavik. There are a wide range of cinnamon rolls that are apparently very popular. Dine in option is available with couple of window seats. We stopped here ahead of going to the Blue lagoon and we are so glad that we did. Everything was delicious and the bakers were so welcoming and kind. It was hard not to buy everything! Highly recommended a side trip. Small and cute bakery, with awesome cinnamon rolls with different toppings and good coffee with refill for really cheap (Icelandic) prices.
