We spent 2 perfect hours there. Our host Laura speaks perfectly spanish, english, french. we learned a lot, enjoyed a degustation of different oils and of course bought some of the best oils you can get in Europe for a more than reasonable price A completely different perspective on how to interpret and understand the philosophy (because it is a real philosophy) of the full process of producing the oil from the three to your mouth. And all that due to so detailed and comprehensive explanations offered by Laura, our guide, who is a real encyclopedia in all that is concerned to the oil and Cazorla region. By now, we will know in detail how to approach the oil and to make the difference between oil, virgen and extra virgen. Highly recommended. FANTASTIC tour!! One of the best and most interesting tours I’ve ever taken. Laura is an excellent guide; she knows everything about oil and cares about it passionately! Also she is incredibly kind and friendly, answering any and every question you may have. She spent *way* more time with us than the two hours. I learned so much, and the tasting was delicious. This is truly the best oil in the world. If you take one this year, make it this one! Gracias Laura! Must go if you want to learn everything about the oil making of this region ! It is amazing and Laura is an incredible she knows everything and is passionate about it definitely recommend This oil was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The setting was beautiful, the oils were exceptional, and our guide, Laura, was outstanding. Her passion, enthusiasm, and deep knowledge brought the entire process to life. The tasting was both fun and educational—we had no idea oil could be so complex! Thanks to Laura’s guidance, we left with a deeper appreciation for quality oil and a few bottles to take home. Highly recommend! Thank you so much, Laura, for a great today. We both really enjoyed it and loved Laura"s passion for the oil. The is about 2 hours, starting in the groves and seeing the whole process right up to bottling. Then there was a short trip to the museum to see how oil was produced historically, followed by tasting the different oils produced here. Great fun and lovely oil. Laura was very informative and friendly - she really made this the best we have done. We bought some oil (and chocolate!) to take home with us, but will hopefully be back for more when we run out. Laura also directed us to visit a very old tree (Olivo Millenario 1500 - 1800 years old?) which was really wonderful. Great and lovely and enthusiastic guide. A must do when you are in oil country. You will never look to oil at the same way. Thanks Excellent explanation of the process to produce Extra Virgin oil. The Laura is a star, someone to look after.
