I recently took my to this centre during my visit to Southampton, and we had a time! The facility is well designed for from 0 to 12 years old. They have a separate for the little ones, aged 0 to 3. It was comforting to know my toddler could safely away from the older children. The centre also features a charming little café with a cosy sitting area. I treated myself to a chai latte, which was excellent. Meanwhile, my were delighted with their Oreo milkshakes, which quickly became the highlight of their visit. Another aspect is how reasonably priced the admission and food are. It's a relief to enjoy a day out without breaking the bank. Overall, this centre offers a wonderful combination of fun and relaxation for both and parents. We'll definitely visit again if we're in the Southampton again. Lovely play. I love there's a separate for young babies and my daughter really enjoyed the big wavy slides. The food was lovely 😍 Very disappointed, it self is good. However we went to order the pizza slices for our as they are advertised on the board and when I tried ordering i was told they are only available in half term along with the sausage rolls and other items on there. I mean why advertise something on your boad behind the counter if its ony available on half term?? Or at least put that on the board? Don't really understand why this isent available on weekends and definitely just over lunchtime? Seems abit daft to me!! Custom lost. I was offer the pizza meal instead for £6 instead of the £2.50 big just for 3 kids! I loved this place. Really affordable, lovely food and service. Indoor suitable for toddlers. My only issue and reason for 4 stars, was that when we got there, we were told that they were shutting at 3pm due to a private hire. I wish this was on their website beforehand so I was able to plan ahead. It was weekend and there was a children's so everything was chaotic and very noisy which is understandable. However, past 1pm it was mellow and not chaotic enough. I think they could have dedicated more space for babies as the toddlers can trample little babies in the area. I recommend adding a little bit of sensory for babies. Food is a bit of wait as there we so many people in the weekend. They also have a unisex toilet where both males and female can come in. I don't know how to feel about that but it's okay. It is such a large that it is hard for me to figure out where my daughter is lol and where is was eating and situated I can't see her properly as I was in the far corner as theres not much table available Parking is very limited on the weekends as well I've taken the here a bunch of times and have just bought a membership. I lile this one as unlike some of the others there is a proper electronically controlled gate to stop the escaping and there is not only someone on the gate, but they actually enforce behavioural rules as far as is reasonably practicable. Food and drink is decent and reasonably priced. are helpful and the outside is a bonus. As for some of the older reviews about cleanliness etc, it's been perfectly fine each time we've been and you can't expect every pack of spilt crisps in a children's place to get hoovered up instantly. All in all, a place, especially if you have younger ones where security and ability to see them matters more. There is an for three and under but despite being gated there are older in there which makes it hard to use safely. Excellent play, well maintained and clean. were always happy to help during the and they worked hard to make sure everything was going to plan. The food was very nice, much better than other areas we have been to. No loud music and the right temperature inside. Free parking outside. Totally recommended! Lovely people working here. Very warm and accommodating. Very disappointed. This used to be a relatively place, but with time things have gone to the worse. The place is not heated and most parents kept their jackets on. The softplay itself is a bit run down, defective items don't get replaced and dust is accumulating everywhere. I presented some vouchers that I still had from previous visits for a free entry (see photo), but they did not acknowledge them and told me they changed to a "new membership" system. Online, of course. They could sign me up. No, thank you, not interested, I just want you to accept your own vouchers. Shameful. Paid £9.50 (!!!) for my 6 year old daughter. We bought drinks there, and wanted to have our own little sandwiches that we brought, but were stopped by a rude and aggressive member of telling us that we could not eat our own food. Instead we should buy their overpriced unhealthy fried stuff. No, thank you. My daughter wanted to leave at that point and so we did and I think this was the last time we visited. Not recommended. place to take my baby and toddler as they have a sectioned off that the big aren't allowed into. Lots of things to do there for the and it always seems clean! Have only voted 1 star less due to the cost of things on the menu. As you aren't allowed to take your own foods in due to allergy risks, I end up spending a lot of extra money for snacks for my toddler. And I can't say the options are particularly healthy. However a thing is that you do get a voucher for a drink and a biscuit for your child when you go in which saves some pennies. I thought that was a nice touch. It was lovely and quiet.Had a burger and chicken nuggets for my son.The place is clean and the food was delicious, all ingredients were fresh. Will definitely be back. We visit regularly and it is the best by far! Always spotlessly clean (not easy to find in a play!), lovely coffee, and very reasonable food prices with a selection. The are always lovely too! The itself is large and varied- my boys never get bored. Highly recommend. Went there yesterday; liked the fact that there were several things to with. Blocks, kitchen tools with vegetables, outdoor area; However all toys were scattered The place was extremely untidy! I was surprised at how the food from lunch before our arrival was everywhere with dirty utensils all over the place. It wasn’t up until end of the day that I saw one of the members attempting to clean for the next day. However, given that this place is meant for kids, cleanliness and frequent tidiness should be a priority. Would have been nice to not have found particles and dust on toys as well. Excellent - lots to do and a separate for little ones (though nothing to stop older going in that area). Lots of seating for adults, and you can pretty much see the whole from wherever you sit. Food is not bad, coffee is OK. A little bit expensive for what it is but one of the better plays in the area. Plenty of parking too. We recently attended a at Kids2Day, and it was such a fantastic experience that we’re now planning to celebrate our son’s upcoming 3rd there! The was super engaging. They also did an amazing job managing the party, from setting up to helping with snacks, cake and cleanup, which made the whole event feel seamless for the parents. It was hard to get him to leave at the end of the party! Wow. This place is amazing. Decent sized (not huge but big enough for 5 year old and 3 year old to run about and keep an eye on them from outside) and plenty of seating for the adults. Well priced, and the fact there isn’t a time limit (unless super busy) means you can make use of the well priced and tasty cafe! Separate huge for little ones. Very happy to have found this place and I highly recommend it. I booked my son's 4th at Kids2Day and cannot thank Elliot and Daisy enough for being such hosts. They took care of everything from laying out the bags, prepping the cake and even packing the presents up for us at the end. They also did a fantastic job of ensuring all the were well fed and watered and everyone had what they needed in the room which really took the stress out of things for the parents. I liked that the food was pre-plated so there was no fuss to try and make sure each child got the same from individual serving platters. The softplay is huge with additional stations including a toy kitchen and outside area. The parents were able to sit down on comfy sofas with a coffee in a large reserved for our party. Overall a experience and would definitely recommend! We booked Kids2Day for our daughter's sixth party, and were not disappointed. Excellent well-maintained kept the happy and excited while the parents had a reserved comfy sofa (and a proper little cafe for refreshment) - also, pleasingly, there was no loud music! Afterwards, good-quality tea for the in a nice little room upstairs, catering for special dietary requirements, even at short notice. were pleasant and communicative from booking through to the day itself. We had a really friendly and helpful host who took care of everything once we arrived, and the whole experience made the girl feel really special. Smiles all round - would definitely recommend :) We popped whilst we were visiting, the on entry was polite, which is always nice as a start. Whilst little one had zoomed off to in the play, which they had an amazing time and was very happy. We ordered a chicken nugget meal and some coffee’s, I am very particular on a coffee, and Leah made a very cappuccino , perfectly made temperature giving a beautiful smooth taste. The chicken nuggets were amazing. The were all very helpful and polite, would recommend this place definitely. We stopped in here on our way from Dorset back to Essex so the toddler could let off some steam and break up the journey. Lovely Lille place for little ones. They have an under 3 as well as a bigger to get out all those climbies! There is a baby sensory which is darker and had a projector and lights. My daughter especially loved the kitchen which had lots of food and bits to will. All in all a successful pit stop Need for cleaning to mop up if you sell food. We visit as and when we can. We travel an hour and half to visit as it's the best we have found. It's always SO clean. staff. food. I just wish it was closer to home! We love this place! Even though it was super busy and there was a bit of a wait on the food the chef came out and apologised for this, he is a asset with customer service. My dad thoroughly enjoyed the burger and we all had a time. I would like to say BIG thank you for every member of staff. You guys are so amazing, kind, helpful. When ever we go this place everyone make us so welcome. You guys doing incredible job,you always smile. We are so happy to find this place. Well done everybody. You are doing amazing job every day. We love you so much. ♥️ place for to play. It was ok Fantastic area, really comfy sofa's. The food was fantastic for a place like this and the were wonderful.
