Quattro Canti

Ferla, Italy Bar & grill

One of the Best Places To Visits in Ferla Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Contrary to the name this is much more than a bar. They have very good food! Excellent execution of traditional dishes. Good prices, great service. Lovely view. Ferla like the other small borghi in the Iblea Mountains, is a quiet sleepy village with all the popular looks that goes to sleep on a Sunday afternoon. This leaves this quaint corner restaurant with ample space to accommodate inside and outside. As like all lunches, the antipasti are non missable! Go for a primo or a secondo but please leave space for the dolci! A lifesaver at noon in heat. Air condition, cool drinks and not so little menue. Loved it before going to Pantalica, a phantastic place. Lovely mom and pop shop with honest cuisine, lovely rich flavours. There was a kids birthday party, really nice to see some locals celebrate. Thank you for a lovely evening and lovely meal! Absolutely lovely. Be sure to ask for traditional local dishes: this place prides itself on self-made ingredients 👍 Amazing food! I got the ravioli with pork sauce was great. Amazing patio. Thank you We were there for lunch. We had lamb cutlets n wild boar on skewers, served with zucchini, fries n focaccia. Tiramisu n deconstructed cannoli for dessert. Foods were all very good with a fair prices. We are grateful to have followed the reviews that got us here! The food is fresh and high quality. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The house wine is delicious. Ferla itself is a charming little town, we only stayed one night and continued our hike further. For a more than fair price we got 2 meals and a plate of antipasti that would be considered gourmet in Berlin (where we live). We also got a handful of cookies, that are sold by the restaurant by the piece or in boxes and I regret we didn't take more. The prices of the cookies were not listed and we still didn't get the tourist surcharge. The proprietors were very friendly and not in any way bothersome, as in some other places we visited. The whole town was a very quiet and pleasant place to stop, but this restaurant was a real highlight of our vacation in Italy. We stumbled upon this place completely by chance on our way to Pantalica. I honestly had no great expectations given the restaurant’s location, but oh my God — this was the most delicious homemade food I’ve had in Sicily! The pork chop was outstanding, and the Caprese salad took my breath away. Excellent cuisine and incredibly kind staff. A true gem in the middle of nowhere. Highly recommended!
