Visited here in the summer holidays on a Friday (it was quite a sunny day) the place was clean and not too busy. Very thorough with safety. Complimentary lockers! Lots of tables in cafe. Lots for the to do and try. Some of the stations are quite high so smaller needed help to be lifted to reach! Plenty of parking and cafe serving hot food etc. would recommend my had a blast. Very good fun. 2 hours is exhausting! Really nice facilities, generally. We went when it was quiet, so it was very easy to just use whatever we wanted. Had it been busier, I could see waiting around for different obstacles being a pain. There was a weird bit of gross looking stuff on one of the mats at the back of the bouncy castle esque area (kind of looked like vomit that had been cleared up, but can't say for sure). The toilets were also a little bit poor, and the men's only had one toilet roll between two cubicles. Overall, though, a really fun experience. Definitely planning on going again with a larger group. What a fantastic place for all age's to pit their skills against one another to see who can complete the course and become your or teams Ninja Warrior. Brilliant way of getting fit and having fun. Great for children's parties. The price reflects the amount of on the course and the quality of food served. You are also provided with a headband, wristband, and socks, all with the UK Ninja Warrior logo. The obstacles are varied, and they are not all achievable, depending on what your level of fitness is. Great sized rooms. Lots of variety in their on-site cafe, with lots of seating and very professional staff. Really enjoyed our first visit and will definitely be going back. Lots of facilities around, it is on the top floor but does have a lift, unfortunately it was out of order for our visit and as I have a disability it took a while to get up all the stairs. That didn't stop us having a great time. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit. Staff were excellent, friendly, and happy to help with any enquiries. Top marks Great place for children. So many things to do, really good way for them to challenge themselves. We were invited to Bday on 26th April. The member of who has been looking after the party, Ben, was so great. He was really enthusiastic about the place and interacted with very well. All the had an amazing time. Thank you to Ben for making it special at the end. My boy loves this place. Lots to do for the with varying difficulties. A big cafe area for those not wanting)able to take part. The food is good. We all had the chicken burger and chips and it was very nice! We travelled over an hour for our autistic daughter to attend the sen session at 9am .. I've knocked off a star as they let others in early so she only got 35 mins of an hours session before it got busy and too noisy for her which left her very overwhelmed.. please if you run an hours sen session let it be an hour! Other than that she loved it, lovely etc and we will probably come back just a shame.. Absolutely terrible experience. Went along for the valentines special and they had clearly sold more tickets than they could handle (saw a post saying additional tickets were added!) were rude and unorganised. Whilst being served the lady answered the phone and told us to move to the side, this was prior to getting in. Safety Breifing no one could hear as there were too many people. Lockers all used and some without a lock so had to leave valuables on the side. were all rude and clearly stressed. Witnessed a first aid where the member dealing with them had to leave as there was commotion starting at the front door. Apart from the poor organisation, the bouncy obstacle course was fun, didn’t get to try the other course as the hour ran out before people even had the chance to use it. Definitely should have let less people in as 20 minutes was waisted on finding a locker etc and the briefing then the rest of the queuing. Very disappointing . As a venue it is amazing for however, as a I was really disappointed with the quality of service provided. 1.The host lost a child and by the child was found all the food accept from a hand full of chips had been eaten. 2.Per child there was no where near enough to feed 11 hungry 10 year olds. 3.we only got 18 slices of small pizza for 11 people, which was not what was specified as 2 slices each child and the size is not appropriate for the age group. Normally parties provide large pizzas. We had my son’s 6th birthday here, it was very well organised and the almost had the place to themselves on a Friday evening, which was great. Milly was our host and she was fantastic. She interacted well with the kids, and was very attentive. Thank you! Beware you Have to buy their merchandise eg sock to wear ! so they need to add it all as one price at the beginning! It’s a joke because it all adds up when you have a family to buy for! My boys took their own, they were the same kind of sock with rubber soles but had to buy theirs with the name on,It’s a con! Brought our and their friends for a party, and had a brilliant experience. Reception greeted us and got the signed in quickly. Ben and Martha were our hosts and were absolutely outstanding - greeted the kids, briefed them, helped them around the course, sorted everything out with the food (including one child with allergies), and played games with the kids. They made the whole experience fun for the and easy for the parents! One of the twisted an ankle (genuine accident from bouncing around) and the provided an ice pack. The venue was clean, spacious, well spaced out, not too busy/loud and the were fantastic. Thank you so much!!! PS Parking is a bit busy and tight, so helps to carshare and leave plenty of time.
