Nice modern Costa. Clean, tidy and wasn't too busy when I visited. Ample parking outside with a few shops too. Coffee was great Very nice Costa coffee with fast service. Very clean and well set out making good coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful and with the car park outside it's very convenient and good for a quick stop and grab a coffee and/or some food. Always good customer service from the team. Good to see that toast is now out on display, so people know it's available. More teacakes, please. Amazing "creamy" with mint chock chip. The guy that served me I knew from somewhere, that's because he was part of a group behind sheldon school smoking marijuana and my friend glanced at them because of the smell and the noise they were making. So this guy comes up to us and comes right in our face saying he'll crack our skull inif we look at him again. We said, "What the hell" and this guy that served me came up to us intimidatingly and clicked his neck and nuckles. He then said "If you look at us again, you're dead" That was 1 year ago, but I remember that fluently. It's Costa! Friendly staff. Great coffee. Clean toilets. Lots of free parking. Aldi across the road! + other shops Slightly blew my mind this morning as I have visited this costa perhaps a handful of times over the past couple of weeks at roughly the same time and this morning, I popped to the loo as I entered and when I came out, my oat flat white was ready for me. I hadn’t ordered it but it was awesome. I know it was a risk for the barista to make it, but it was a lovely touch and reminds you that even in large chains, the personal touch can be hugely appreciated. I hope the manager reads this and makes sure this is recognised. Had a drive through coffee from here a few time and the staff are so lovely! One of the servers always makes us laugh with her compliments and happy disposition when she asks for your order! Drinks and snacks are always great too!! Quite bad. We were ignored in the queue for a while before ordering our drinks & pastry. After ordering the wait was long but fair given the busyness - we did have to ask for our cookie as they forgot in the process. When trying my drink (Spanish iced latte) it was lumpy and the espresso tasted very off - I did not complain as it was busy but it was not very nice but the iced black americano was fine, as was the tiramisu cookie sandwich.
