Grandchildren love it here There is nice parks for young children and plenty of space for children to run around. Great place to walk the dog. (Zita) Well kept with basketball and tennis court. Can be booked in advance online. Great place to being and the dogs. There is wildlife loose at the boating lake itself so should be kept on leads. Pretty area. Small but enjoyable Small with a seesaw, climbing frame, rope pyramid, small swings, small trampoline and couple of other things. Large grassed area which is ideal for football, ball sports etc. Nice for to play in, good green area to play football, bowling and tennis with a good playground for kids. Haven't played football down Cwmbran in over 10 years. It's a shame about the housing development ruining the area. It would have been better to put up a cafe and car park. Nice clean and relaxing Wonderful day out, quite a lot too do there, very good for the kids, ducks, swans, geese , more hens for the too feed in the lakes, loads of running ground for also!! Looking for a day out too picnic and have ect don't want too spend a lot money this is the place too go!!! Lovely quiet and nice size park. Ideal for walking the or to use the facilities. Generally clean too. Recommended. Lots of nature and good for families, love it here also .
