More expensive to enter than most centres, however this one is cleaner and fresher than others. Each session comes with a character (peppa pig etc) experience too. Good menu which is reasonably priced. Great place to take the little ones. Food is nice too. Prices are reasonable too. Brilliant centre especially for parties! Call in to ask about packages - really good value and took a lot of stress off of us having our 4 year old's party. Great little soft centre. Really friendly staff. Another fantastic for my daughter! The theme was ultra violet, my daughter and her friends had a brilliant time! All the staff are awesome! *Updated 2022, still as awesome as before! Everything was spot on, table decorations was great, food was plentiful and hot, and just overall a fantastic setting for a party. I would highly recommend this place as the layout is brilliant and plenty of room for the little ones to run around. The soft area is a good size! Thanks again all :) It is a lovely well run centre but I do have a couple of gripes. The prices are a bit excessive for younger tots. £13 or £14 at peak times to take in a 1 year old and 2 year old for a two hour session makes the eyes water. A lot of places have tot prices which are usually a bit cheaper. Also twice I’ve had food arrive at the table and my 2 year old will usually eat a small amount go and come back - when we all leave the table to the food has been taken away before he’s finished. But if you’re looking for somewhere nice and clean to take your children this is the place! I have never been to such a well run fantastic soft play, my kids absolutely loved spending there time here on all the different areas and things to do, the menu is insanely delicious and worker Ellie is a credit to the place, all the workers was fantastic but Ellie definitely stood out with her good energy and happy face, will definitely be returning. got let down for my daughters first birthday party, been told the establishment has flooding but could of been informed sooner rather than 4 days before the party, The boss was not professional at all on the phone. We held our little boys birthday here this evening. Venue is fantastic and clean and the staff were very accommodating. Thank you so much!
