I rarely give negative reviews but this aquapark sadly deserves one. For the overall facilities (toboggans children's pools). they get 3 stars but then stars subtracted for other concerns Now the downsides: - Overpriced resort given how remote it is and poor road infrastructure to get there. -Reception did not inform that a locker deposit must be paid, so we had to observe our bags for most of the day. - Strange rule that adults are not allowed to sit or kneel in children's pools. but this was notified by poor or in some areas, non existent signage. After being rudely told to stand up, I observed how the lifeguards spent the whole chastising adults for sitting but at the expense of children's safety. - When asked about the rules and the abruptness of the lifeguards we were told by a young lifeguard "keď nepáčis sa, môžeš choď do xxxx" (if you don't like it, you can xxxx off). Overpriced with rude staff and a warped focus on safety (watch the adults not the children) we will not be returning / investing here again. Cool place. Nice people and great prices at the pool bar. Too bad outside pool was closed. Oh well, maybe next time. Perfect place for families. Fair prices, kind staff, lots of slides for kids and youth, several options for small kids, warm water, beautiful sceneries all around. Perfect for us today. Thermal aquapark for whole family. Very good customer service (no problem with English language), water bar with several options (alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks) for a good price. The whole place was very clean, hats off to the cleaning staff. 2 big slides and 1 small slide for children. Outdoor swimming with the temperature of 33-38 degrees. Will definitely visit again. Enjoy, I will ❤️👍🩱🩳 I recently visited an indoor swimming facility, and while the swimming experience was quite enjoyable, the overall atmosphere felt a bit dull for a full-day ticket. The were clean and well-maintained, offering a pleasant place to relax and swim. However, beyond the swimming area, there wasn't much to keep the day engaging. There were limited activities or entertainment options available, which made it hard to fill an entire day without feeling bored. It might be great for a short visit, but if you're planning to stay the whole day, you might find it lacking in variety. We've been there with family a few days ago. The staff instead of watching closely on the safety in the pools, they watch closely to people on sunbeds so people don't give any food to kids. They are not polite in enforcing this rule, they say eating food is only allowed in the buffet where actually all tables are occupied. Asking them why there is such a stupid rule over there, which is not the case at all for similar places like Tatralandia & Beseneva, they say it's the director of the aquapark made these rules. Mr. Director if you are reading this comment - please know you are an idiot. Shame on you. That's a big shame you made your stuff to be rude to the visitors feeding their kids. We are not coming back. Great relaxing place at least in spring, when the external toboggans are closed. We enjoyed the warm in- and outdoor pools, the jacuzzi the pool bar with Tublatanka and the indoor toboggans. There were only a few people, maybe because we arrived at 17:30? Fantastic views on the relaxing Šariš landscape. Pity there was no salty water pool. Next I hope ... Great place , warm and great services , still at development Very nice aqua park, we enjoy each our visit, nice and clean, outdoors are such a treat in winter which provides a unique experience.
