Product knowledge 👌 is spot on, able to answer any questions along with advice. Loving the BB products. Michelle welcomed me to my first tanning session and was extremely and welcoming. She even let me stay on a few minutes and closed the shop a bit late as I had struggled to get to Ciren in the torrential rain and was a bit late. Fab customer service. Thank you!! Plus... the beds are second to none. So advanced and lots of room in them if you are prone to a bit of claustrophobia they are great. Have been coming to the Tanning Room since they opened in Cirencester and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the are so welcoming, and helpful. 5 stars to Michelle & Ronnie. The is beautiful and immaculate. Lovely experience always - the only way I get a tan as opposed to going red, burning and then white again - would highly as my skin type was catered for. Really easy to book and the are lovely - especially Veronica - she has been extremely supportive of me as a person and I’ve built a lasting relationship with her I was struggling to find a tan in swindon I phoned here and the girl on the phone was so nice and was able to fit me in . The place was spotlessly clean and extremely well run. I will be recommending it to all my friends for sure! Popped in this morning for some advice after a tan had reacted with my skin. Jade could not have been more and friendly. She talked me through all of my different options and what would work best for my skin type and then got me straight onto a sun bed for my first ever session. She made me her and everything was explained so well. She really took the to make sure I understood everything and was happy. Would 100% to anybody. Absolute treat coming here. So and informative clean tidy shown all products and was given excellent recommendations. Not had a sunbed in years but everything explained so in depth and clearly. My new home from home 100%. I recently have been using the Tanning Room and visit 3 of the stores regularly. They are all in my opinion run well, welcoming and efficient. I enjoy using Cirencester due to the locality. Michelle is always welcoming and will help you with booking and amending with ease. Nothing is too much trouble for Michelle and the advice provided is second to none especially with the products. I’ve had a lot of tans, and can say this is the best one I have had so far! Veronika is the best! I came in for a tan trial two weeks before my wedding day and she made me so comfortable. I haven’t gotten a tan in years and was worried about being too light or too dark. She gave me the perfect Express tan for my wedding day. She put all my concerns at ease and even stayed after hours to do tans for my sisters and mom! The experience has been made all the better by all the lovely staff, especially Michelle who is incredibly knowledgeable and able to help with any and all queries. I always have such a great experience at this tanning shop. The whole team is consistently and welcoming, and the atmosphere is really relaxed. Ronni in particular is amazing, always so accommodating, cheerful, and genuinely every I come in. It makes such a difference when go out of their way to make you and looked after. Highly recommend!
