My two loved it here, and they had a wild time with their friends for her 5th birthday party. It's a lot cleaner than most of the ones I've been to in the UK, and seems really well run. The staff were all cheerful and helpful, and I felt the were very safe, the toilets were well-maintained, and the coffee was pretty decent. Also, I noticed that they try and book in similar age groups, so there wasn't tons of older there at the same time, which was very reassuring The best playground I found until now for my 4 years child... It is a little far from my town but I could not find any place like it.. I strongly recommend it It's a cool place. Good size, nice variety of soft toy game areas, but needs an update in my opinion. Food is ok, mainly nuggets, fries, pizza, simple toasts and drinks. Relatively clean and you can have birthdays done here I would recommend ages 3 to 8 years as games can get less fun. And you can't leave your here and go. It's good to note that there are some nice restaurants around, a garderie, gym and some others. Our first visit. My kids, ages 8 and 5, really enjoyed their time here. There are quite a few things for of all ages to do. The place was very clean. In fact, the entire 4 hours we were there, an employee was engaged in some sort of cleaning: vacuuming, wiping down equipment, dusting window sills, and mopping floors. We ate before we arrived, so we did not order any food. We ordered some drinks, a little pricey, but not out of line with similar entertainment venues. My only complaint, and my reason for 4 stars, was the restrooms. For being a themed facility, the restrooms are not very kid-friendly at all. The urinals, toilets and sinks were all at adult height. Probably explains the urine on the floor and on toilet seats. In addition, the air dryer is extremely loud, and my five year old ran out of the restroom covering his ears and screaming. The facility could also use some better signage for locating the restrooms. The only sign is by the entrance, and the restrooms are on the opposite side of the facility, downstairs, and not marked. Our 2 year old absolutely loves coming here. A large array of slides and fun things for to do. There is an area for smaller too. A brilliant place for a rainy day. It wasn't too crowded so it was possible to keep distance from other adults in this time of Covid-19. Food is basic, pizza, chicken nuggets with fries, panninis for example but it tasted good! I find the entrance price to be excellent for what it is. Entrance in the back left side of the courtyard. Up the escalator on the 2 floor. Really spacious. No outside food allowed Edit: I took up two stars because of the neglected back area. There is not a single thing about the boys bathrooms that are kid friendly. And the urinal is too tall for kids, none of the sinks are at a good price for either and it would be nice if there was sanitizer in the stall (because we know the kid before you is going to make a mess). The worst part about it all is the only way to dry your hands is a via an extremely loud air dryer, the kind that will freak out small children. Not even an option for paper towels. They don’t use the original toilet paper or soap that was installed in the bathroom which already shows that they are having troubles organizing the space. And if you’re looking for the restroom while playing, there is no sign indicating where they are. Loud, noisy and completely overwhelming. Baby is 20 months and had the time of his life. The grown ups kind of hated it. Five stars, we’ll be back. Massive area, so much entertainment. Cafe and seatings available for parents. Easy underground car park. Super endroit pour anniversaire, nous avons passé un super moment Lots of fun things to keep the busy and happy. Can get crazy busy on rainy Wednesday afternoons. Pack lots of water and snacks. It's really good, and the space encourages to play more and enjoy themselves. Providing this friendly area for parents to sit and watch their makes the experience even more fun. Amazing place to come with littles. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they are open on Sundays! 😱🩷 also, their service for birthday parties is great, they really think of everything. As others have reported, the only negative is the restroom situation. They are not kids-friendly, and thus (I guess) they are hard to keep clean, and there are suspicious pools of water on the floor, which is quite gross considering that everyone is required to wear only socks. Plus, no soap nor paper towels. My toddler was terrified of the air drier.
