In the era 2020+ it would be sensible to make the shift towards non physical money. Some games are slightly outdated and some equipment broken (pool cue, pool triangle, ...) Nice place to have a evening with friends! Food and drinks are also available. They have other games available which is a bonus if you want to have a break between sessions. Fully recommend this place! I've only used the facilities and I was really happily surprised by the quality of the lanes. The option to pay per game is also very good as its not something I'm used to from when I went in England. Staff were very friendly and they have kids aids, so everyone in the family can have a shot at playing for a strike. Nicely priced (33CHF/hour) and very well kept lanes. Staff is chill and vibey. Drinks are a tad expensive and most snooker cues were tipless. Bring cash and coins for the arcade games. They said on their website they would be open at 1pm On sunday. But the receptionist is a bit confusing Came by this place with wife, kid and some friends at 18:00, told us next availability was around 20:30.. personal took our name and shoe sizes for everyone. We went for dinner as a backup plan, were back at the place a 20:30… 25 people lining up to get in. As we had reservation we went to the front of queue and told the bouncer (btw.. bouncer for a bowling? WTF…) he told us we couldn’t get in and that we had to queue.. that would have taken us probably another hour or 2… Bottom line, disappointed kid , unhappy situation and really a lack of communication and coordination from the establishment. When we arrived first time around 6pm, your staff downstairs told us we would be able to play, hence taking our names and shoe sizes. When we came back at 20:30, the bouncer told us that your staff downstairs should not have taken reservation, that it was their fault and that he would talk to them.
