Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. A magnificent estate with expansive gardens showcasing an extensive collection of metal sculptures. You can even order your own iris plants, which will be delivered by post. After our walking tour, we enjoyed a wine tasting. Came here on a weekday after lunch at a nearby village. The gardens were pretty crowded mid-afternoon with many taking photos of the beautiful varieties of irises. The sculptures and the greenery and path made the place very idyllic. Practical tips 1. Come early, at 10.00 if possible 2. I couldn't book tickets online, link doesn't work, so you buy them here, could be a small line 3. Take normal food, here's an expensive restaurant and cafe with drinks and sweets, or tiny picnic packs for chf 45 4. Toilets are only at the entrance, so plan you walk, as the park is quite big 5. If you're with kids or limited in time, plan just flower gardens and enchanted forest, it's majestic 6. If you have enough time, plan 3-4 hours to see it all 7. Take your time, curiosity and attention, there are so many wonderful details, especially in the forest, kids and some adults would love it 8. If possible, don't hurry and look at the sculptures from different points, the impression is changing 9. Check the birds in the forest, use Merlin app for birds recognition or any other 10. If you arrive early, start with sunny parts, and then at midday explore the cool forest 11. Stay till 14.30 when they let go the big bang, big kinetic sculpture near the entrance 12. Check all the other kinetic sculptures, there are many, they react to wind, your touch or steps 13. If you are a fan of irises, come in May, June is too late. All the football size fields of them are already gone. But roses in full bloom 14. You may ask to refill your water bottle at the small cafe 15. Secret garden at the entrance is small and lovely 16. There's a guided tour but only in French. They also seem to let you get into the mansion, check the details with staff. 17. If you go by public transport, don't miss the small entrance walking from the bus stop, lol for the signs or follow people)) Enjoy! Very much recommended, the only sad thing is that they don't allow adults to take kid's leaflet, I'd love to check the tasks and info😅😅😅 Beautiful place! So many gardens with diverse approach, to discover the elves, and nice cafe and restaurant to enjoy. Rich program of activities for kids and adults. Highly recommend to all. A really beautiful and well-maintained garden in a tiny, quiet village. Amazing place 👏 Flowers Paradise 💐 rose 🌹 ✨ ♥ ❤ 🙌 😍 thank you very much for possibilities to visit such a beautiful place 😊 🙏 ♥ Excellent costumer service! I attended a lunch with friends, the food was delicious and portions were fair, the top of the meal was the dessert. I accidentally ordered something that contained alcohol, being pregnant i couldn’t consume it, the personal noticed I wasn’t eating and asked if it was not well prepared, i explained my situation and they offer to change my dessert! That was such a sweet act! I am defined recommending and coming back ❤️ Very nice place for spending time with your family and friends with wonderful garden and forest.
