Everybody was happy - excellent service, tasty food and nice atmosphere and good background music :) Save room for dessert because La torrija was the best that we have had on our trip in Spain. This place pops up on Google, so I drove on over and was totally impressed. Don’t be dissuaded by the town, it’s a rural area, this restuarant is modern gourmet - something you’d expect to find in a major city. It’s totally out of place, which makes it even more awesome to experience. I ordered the fixed menu which started off with a puree of onion soup (delicious), followed by cod potato gratin (excellent), then salmon with miso (so tasty). The unique pairing of ingredients was something I’ve never had before. Great atmosphere. Very nice staff! Highly recommended! I’d love to go back again and try other things on the menu.
