You can rent a boat for 30 or 60 minutes to row and view that way. The was nice inside with tapestries and painted ceilings. The lady owner loved fishing some she expanded the size of the lake so she could go fishing. So, fishing is one of the themes in the castle. The staff was helpful and friendly. It's worth the if only for the beautiful grounds! Beautiful landscapes, great garden. A pleasure to and stroll around. As for the interiors, they are unfortunately a bit underwhelming. Visited due to a rainy day thus not planned but definitely no regret☺️. Nice expositions inside. We unfortunately cannot take a walk in the due to heavy rain. Even though it was a nice Stunning set in spacious grounds you can explore. Very relaxed and child friendly environment So calm , so relax , with big , lot of trees , flowers also fruits and vegetables. U can walk and rest your mind. Also have a big forest what u can walk too. Inside the , u are travelling at history. While visiting , u are living that old times. U can alone , with friends or with your family and children too. If u close to , just go and visit. Great for families with young children with a big garden. Not to big not to small. Nice to besides the more famous ones. It still needs some work on the inside, but overall a nice experience. We booked the escape room game (which was fully in French, not clearly disclosed and not usual for escape games to have as much text) without knowing it also included the and garden. We visited the grounds first and thus paid for the entrance. After we did find out it was included, the director of the did not want to reimburse us (32,5 euros, after paying a total of 112,5 euros). After several minutes of arguing, she would only gives us something from the shop for the price we paid extra for. Also, we sent an email asking if it was in French or also in English and never got a reply. The itself was fine, albeit quite run down. Other personel was friendly but obviously could not decide to help us. All in all, we felt that the information online and on the e-pdf’s of the escape game tickets should have been much more informative. Given it was a clear mistake, we felt that a reimbursement is a very normal thing to do.
